Guests for the past two years have enjoyed a fresh condo, two NEW couches as of last year, HUGE balcony with BREATHTAKING VIEWS.
Smell the salt air and hear and SEE that saltwater right from this PRIVATE BALCONY or have sunset dinner on the balcony at the dining table and six chairs where you see no one else from this PRIVATE BEACH condo balcony.
Master bedroom has balcony doors to the ocean, lull yourself to sleep with sounds of the waves.
Heated Pool and Hot Tub are immaculately clean here at Ocean Villa.
Parking is convenient. NO FAR WALK ever in this condo. Elevators and parking and beach are convenient, NO STEPS.

How Far To The Beach
Ocean Villa IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH, Any Closer To the Beach and YOU WOULD GET WET
Can I walk to restaurants from condo?
Absolutely. There are three seafood restaurants in walking distance, wonderful homemade breakfast and lunch right across the street from condo and a Mexican Restaurant in walking distance also.
Where Is This Condo Located In Panama City Beach
This BEACH Condo at Ocean Villa is located at the East End of Front Beach Road. This is away from the Pier Park crowd, yet you can drive there in 15 minutes.
How are the parking and elevators at Ocean Villa
For a high rise building, we are the BEST ON THE BEACH in parking and elevators. This is one of the reasons we purchased at Ocean Villa, no far walk within Ocean Villa complex to anything.
Do you see other people from your balcony or is it private?
The HUGE balcony is private in which you face the beach and ocean and nothing else. So Enjoy your privacy at my BEACH Condo. Additionally, there are only six condos per floor, making it more private with less people roaming around on each floor. You should not hear your neighbors.

Location was Perfect and everything about the condo was perfect!! We could not have asked for a better first experience to Panama City! The owners were great to work with! Very personable, helpful , we talked on the phone many times, made me feel like I've known him my whole life. We had 6 people (all adults ages 19&up) and we had plenty of room and everything we needed for the trip! Balcony has a table with 6 chairs which was perfect! We loved everything about it!! Thank you for letting us rent your condo for a wonderful vacation!!!

I took my daughter, son in law, and 3 grandchildren for a week at the beach and stayed in this ocean front condo. Upon arrival we found it sparkling clean.(so very important to me)The two Queen Beds in the large second bedroom was a great plus that you don’t find in many 2 bedroom condos. Most just provide twins or one queen. Very up to date furnishings throughout and very well decorated.My very favorite part of this condo was the awesome balcony. I’m one who is very picky when it comes to the oceanfront balcony and this one gets an A+ rating! Extra large, goes across both the master bedroom and living area, plus it bows out allowing you to have an even deeper space. The table for 6 was perfect for having meals outside on your balcony so you can enjoy the ocean as much as possible. Great seating for just hanging out too.I also enjoyed getting to know the owner over the phone. She’s very helpful with anything you might have questions about. On a rainy day she even went to the trouble of contacting me with suggestions of activities in the area my family might enjoy.Highly recommend this condo and it’s very caring owner to provide you with a great condo to vacation in.

If you travel every year, it seems eventually a stormy day or two bad enough to close the indoor pool is bound to happen to everyone. Glad you did have pretty days though. And come back again. Visited here for a week with my wife and our three kids . Condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Not your typical rental condo that cleaned the bare minimum just to get the next guest in . Amazing view of the gulf ! Really enjoyed our stay .

Autumn S.We had a great week. Condo was convenient to everything, very clean and we had everything we needed and more.
This is a great condo. The views are wonderful, the space is clean and well stocked and comfortable. We did not use the pools, but they are clean and nice as promised. The condo is also close to everything, even walking distance to breakfast if you so choose. Other shopping is just 4 minutes away. Valerie was very helpful with my last, last minute plans and made it possible for me to go to the conference I was attending. We had a great time and will return to this condo. Thank you again Valerie for all your help and thoughtfulness.

A Panama City Beach condo that is clean and updated. Gorgeous Condo. And Thank you for the cleanliness. We enjoyed. We stay at Ocean Villa every year for the clean pools, hot tub and grills right in same eye view to watch my kids and see ocean at the same time. Love that. The fast elevators and convenient parking are also better than other high rises in Panama -- Not to mention the unbeatable ocean views from balcony. Glad we found this particular condo and hope to book again next time.

Just a few words to thank you for our wonderful fall getaway at your beautiful and well appointed condo. Rarely do you book a condo and everything that was shown in pictures or promised by owner are actually what you get. But we were VERY pleased with this updated and very comfortable vacation rental convientlly located and central to all we enjoy about PCB Florida. Definitely will stay again.
