Rental supplement for Christmas/New Year weeks/Easter & US holiday periods $18/night | $126/week (minimum nights rental may apply)
No parties, events, ceremonies or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted on the premises. All overnight guests must be included in the guest count (this includes children). Please respect our neighbors - no loud music in the outside pool area.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 or older.
Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction.
We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10.00pm when in the outside deck/pool area.

Beautiful property - just as described in listing - well equipped with dishes, pots and pans & small appliances - beautiful lanai and pool with gas grill!! We had a great week exploring the area - we enjoyed visits to sanibel and even a day trip to Marco Island - thanks for sharing this lovely home.

I had a good experience throughout the online portion of the process. The rental office experience was very positive when we arrived. We didn’t have to wait to meet with them and provided all of the details we needed to get into the property, along with providing a lot of useful tips about the area.
This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. My husband and I stayed here with 4 teenage baseball players and it was perfectly sized. We were even able to work while we were there in the home office. The pool and back patio were really nice to have, and being able to fish the canal behind the house was fun. Of all the houses I’ve rented in the past, this one was the most perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay and more! I would stay here over and over again!

Guests who cancel within 48 hours of the original booking will get back 100% of the amount paid less an administration fee of $50
Guests who cancel up to 46 days before arrival date will get back 100% of the rental amount paid less an administration fee of $100
Remaining balance payments are due in full 45 days before arrival date
Guests who cancel on or between 45 and 31 days before arrival date will get back 50% of the rental amount paid.
Guests who cancel 30 days or fewer before arrival date (or are no-show) will forfeit 100% of the rental amount paid
