Our villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a solar heated private pool with lots of privacy and a large sundeck. This house is also suitable for families with small children, we can provide a baby bed and a baby seat on request.
A high quality and lovingly furnished villa awaits you. The garden is facing south and you will be able to find a pool and spa with electric and solar heater, allowing for a pleasant pool experience even in the colder months. Our villa is located in the southeast of Cape Coral in a very quiet and green area. Because of the splendid location, the distances to interesting places in Cape Coral or on the mainland are very short and all sights worth seeing can be reached quickly.
The best restaurants and stores of Cape Coral and Tarpoon Point are within easy reach. The centre of Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway with various other shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are only 7 minutes away by car.
Our villa is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. The pool/spa area has been newly designed and offers absolute privacy. From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool. The sliding glass doors can both be opened completely, creating a great indoor-outdoor feeling. The pool can be accessed from the living room, main bedroom and the second bedroom.
Besides the large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in wardrobe, there are queen size beds in the other bedrooms, with one of the other rooms having a walk-in wardrobe and TV too. In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity. Our second bathroom has a bath with shower. A baby bed, a baby seat and a guest rollaway bed can be provided aswell.
In addition, we offer a double garage. From the garage you can, as usual in Cape Coral, go directly into the main house. Here you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house.

Minimum age of the renter is 25 years and the renter must be present in the house.
Maximum 7 people allowed in the house/on the property at the same time (including children + babies). 6 guests can sleep in the bedrooms, there is an additional folding guest bed available if needed.
The daily rate includes 2 guests. Every additional guest is charged with $15 per day.
Guests must be specified at the time of booking.
During their stay, guests are responsible for putting out the trash cans the night before they are emptied (Tuesday).
All our renters must sign a rental agreement issued by the host.
Identification card must be provided upon request.
No open doors or windows when air conditioning is on.
Travel insurance is recommended.
There is a $50 charge for grill cleaning unless the grill has been cleaned by the renter.
House rules and terms and conditions must be accepted with booking as self-check-in is offered.
Electricity:
Our rental prices already include a usual electricity consumption. According to our experience, this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption significantly above this will be charged at $0.18 per kWh.
The consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. Readings are recorded at check-in and check-out respectively. Any electricity charges must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit.
Attention: If the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption.
Cancellation terms:
Up to 48 hours after the conclusion of the contract all costs will be refunded.
up to 60 days before arrival date 25% of the rental price will be charged.
59 to 31 days before arrival date 80% of the rent will be charged.
30 to 0 days before arrival date 100% of the rent will be charged.

About the host: After many years we have fulfilled the dream of owning our own home in the Sunshine State Florida and invite you to share this dream in our high quality and lovingly furnished Villa Haze. The pool area is south facing and both the pool and spa are solar and electical heated. So even during the winter months you can spend relaxing days at the pool.
We spend our time in the house 3 to 4 times a year and try to make everything as perfect as possible. Our guests should feel as comfortable as we do.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is available at the house?
Towels and bed linen are provided. An initial supply of soap, detergent, toilet paper, kitchen roll etc. is provided but will not be replaced during your stay.
Are we allowed to check-in earlier?
Possibly yes. Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange something.
Are we allowed to check-out later?
Possibly yes. Please contact us in advance and understand if it is not possible because the cleaning team has to prepare the house for the next guests.
Is there a spare gas bottle for the grill?
There is usually a spare bottle in the storage room next to the barbecue. Guests are responsible for replacing an empty bottle. This is possible at many supermarkets and gas stations. Please always check that there is enough gas before you start barbecuing.
Do we have to pay the electricity
The rental price includes "normal" electricity consumption. We calculate around 55kWh per day. If the consumption is significantly higher the additional consumption will be charged at 0.18$ per kWh. Please note: charging electric cars is generally not permitted.
Can the pool and Spa be heated at the same time?
No. Please pay attention to the instructions on how to heat the pool or spa.
Is the pool heated around the clock?
No. The pool is heated during the day between 8:00 and 17:00. The pool pump switches off automatically in the late afternoon and switches on again in the morning.
What temperature should I set the AC to?
78° F (25° C) is the recommended temperature. Please do not set the air conditioner below 73° F (22° C) as this may cause damage to the system. Low temperatures also result in higher power consumption. When you leave the house, please set the air conditioner to 79° F (26° C).
Can I open the windows and sliding doors?
Preferably only for a short time. Insects such as mosquitoes, ants, "no see ums" (small mosquitoes) or other biting insects can get into the house as a result. The humidity can lead to damage and mold growth in the house.
Are beach towels and beach equipment provided?
Yes, there are several beach towels. There are also beach chairs and sun umbrellas in the garage. The party tent can also be used if required.
Unfortunately, these things sometimes get broken or are taken away. Please let us know if this is the case.
Will the pool be preheated for our arrival?
Usually not, only per special request.
Will the pool be maintained during our stay?
Yes, the pool is cleaned once a week. The pool company usually leaves a note indicating when the pool can be used again after the chemical treatment. Please leave the doors in the pool cage unlocked so that the pool service has access.
What to do if we need help at the house?
Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns so that we can help you promptly. Communication is paramount to solving problems. When leaving a message, please include your name, the name of the vacation home or address, and your concern.

Is the property management in Cape Coral, Florida?
Our office is located here: 1430 SE 17th Avenue, Cape Coral, FL 33990, but is open by appointment only. We live directly in Cape Coral.
Do I have to take care of the flowers or the garden?
No. Once a week (every 2 weeks in winter) the garden service comes by and does all the necessary things. You do not have to be on site.
But it would be nice to give the plants in the pool area some water.

Very nice and well equipped house!
We stayed in the house for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The location is very good: Nice neighborhood, and shops, restaurants, and bars can be reached in about 10 minutes. The high-quality and upscale furnishings and equipment of the house are particularly noteworthy – you can tell that the owners also use the house for their own vacations. If there are any problems, a property manager is quickly reachable and he speaks both English and German.

Very well equipped house
We (couple) stood in the house for almost three weeks. We enjoyed the nice interior. The owners are using the house for their own vacations and the equipment reflects a high quality standard. Restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are available in a 10 minutes radius.
