BEACH FRONT SUITES (RATES 2022/2023)
SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM HOLIDAYS: Easter, July 4TH, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Heated pool area, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, Tiki area on the beach, plenty of lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Beach Towels provided, Free WiFi, and so much more.
Office hours are 9:0am-5:00pm daily. The office is closed around the lunch hour and office hours will be posted if periodically changed. CHECK IN time is at 4:00pm during peak months and Holiday periods. CHECK OUT time is 10:00am. To ensure a timely check in for everyone, please plan on departing your unit promptly by 10:00am on your check out day. If you arrive after office hours, your keys will be in the black mail box located between the two office doors on the 2nd floor of the two story office building.
Cancellations: All reservations cancelled after 3 days from the reservation date are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled sixty(60) days prior to arrival will be refunded less the $100.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled with less than sixty (60) days notice forfeit the 2 night advance rent payment.
THE BALANCE OF YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
THE BALANCE DUE DATE WILL BE STATED ON YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION.
Each unit is privately owned and we hope you will treat it with the same respect you would if you were staying in the home
of a friend. If you remove any items from the unit, please return them before your departure. We reserve the right to provide an equal unit for your reservation. Room numbers are not guaranteed.
NO PETS are allowed on either property or in any of the units. Any guest found to have a pet in the unit or on the grounds, will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
The maximum number of occupants in any given unit is determined by Florida fire code and by the owner of the unit. You have been assigned a unit based on the number of occupants that you expect. Exceeding that

This was the perfect fit for getaway with my granddaughters! Literally steps from the beach, convenient location across from Publix, easy drive to dining north or south. Overall very clean, condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size! This will go on my list of hopefully repeat stay!!!

What an awesome Condo. On the water overlooking a quite bay. Has everything required with bikes and a 2 person kayak. Ovoid the crazy traffic into Ft Myers by turning off before the bridge into San Carlos Island.

Condo was set up nicely set up. Updated decore. Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch not so much. I would recommend getting non stick pots and pans and better utensils to use with them. I am a cook and cheap utensils are not very heat resistant and will melt. Those are my opinions, we did make full use of the kitchen. The beach chairs and towels were a life saver an umbrella would have topped it off. We are used to staying further north. Would highly recommend renting bikes it was a life saver. Publix across the street made our trip. With 4 adult kids with us we didn't have to worry about feeding g them. We will be back and recommend. # 508. oh yes dolphins a.m. and p.m.

This condo is clean and well kept with an amazing location. The fold out bed isn’t the most comfortable-but are they ever?! Beach and restaurants within easy walking distances.

Last minute travel plans left us in a bind. Finally found an inland townhouse that had a heated pool with hot tub and work our room. Very clean and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We were about 25 minutes from the beach. All in all I would prefer a beach access rental. Worked out for us
