Pack your flip flops and head to the beach!!! We had an absolutely amazing time enjoying both the pool and the beach. Location was fantastic (even though clean up is still underway after the hurricane). Condo had everything you needed, easy access to the pool, toys and chairs for the beach. Not to mention, kitchen is brand new and washer/dryer was a huge +. We traveled with two little kids (6 and 1.5) which tends to be stressful and owners did everything to make sure we were comfortable. Will definitely come back :)

Second time staying at this condo during beach week and it was great. Be mindful though during the week of the 4th you need to have bracelets for each person staying with you and you can't exchange guests so that can be an issue.

Walking into the condo, my first impression was that it was CLEAN and remodeled just as advertised! We were very pleased. The first floor location was perfect as we had three grandchildren along ages 8, 5, and 4. It allowed easy access to the heated pool and the beach. No need for to wait for the elevator or walk up stairs. The condo was well stocked, the beds and living room furniture were quite comfortable. The washer and dryer were nice to have. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and fresh. Nice community with a mix of renters and owners. Really appreciated the older crowd and laid back vibe of the complex. Pool was nicely heated and pool deck was exceptionally clean. Lots of space for everyone in the condo. Great management company. I hope we get an opportunity to stay in this condo or another Happy Vacation Rentals condo in the near future. Great stay!

Great trip to Indian Shores

The condo had everything we needed. Location was great, condo was roomy, beds were very good, and the kitchen was wonderful. Located in a great area and only a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the living room furniture was lacking a comfortable place to sit. No lounge chairs or recliners, just two overused couches. And the balcony furniture was plentiful, but uncomfortable as well. There should be a chair of some type in the master BR. We would love to see improvement in those things.

Fantastic property

We stayed here recently. The condo is stunning!! It is very roomy with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms. The kitchen was amazing. Very well appointed, made cooking large family meals easy. The first floor walk out to the pool was amazing for our family with a little one. Great property. We will definitely stay here again! The owner answers back with any questions immediately.

Amazing Family Getaway

We absolutely LOVED this unit. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious condo with all of the amenities, then look no further. The condo is recently updated and very spacious. The kitchen is not only stunning, but well equipped and with tons of room to cook. Each of the bedrooms has plenty of space and makes you feel like you are right at home. The location is another benefit you must consider. The "balcony" is right off of the pool deck. This was perfect for our boys who couldn't wait for the pool to open in the morning. Pair this with the easy access to the beach and it creates the perfect environment to hop from the patio, to the pool, to the beach and back again. The unit was fully equipped with many extras as well. There was a patio box full of beach toys, umbrella, and chairs. Plenty of extra beach towels were available to use. Even a tray of brownies for when we arrived!We have stayed in several condos in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area and this is the one that made us feel like we were right at home. Dan (the owner) was great to work with. He even made the check in process fun and interesting with an interactive touch screen system that welcomed us to the condo and even gave us recommendations that we could scroll through for local dining, shopping, and fun. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

Month at the beach.

Location Location Location- less than 50 feet and you are at the waters edge. This condo couldn’t be in a better location. We watched the sunset on the balcony nightly when we weren’t at the beach. The condo itself was beautiful. It was loaded with bath and beach towels; beach chairs; beach toys; small appliances; silverware; pot and pans etc. It could use updated living room furniture that was more comfortable, but all in all it was perfect. We stayed a month and believe me it was one of the most relaxing vacations we ever had.

GREAT LOCATION & STAY

This unit met all my expectations clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was limited but that being said proximity to the pool parking and access to our unit outweighs ocean view. Great for family or just simple relaxation all the comforts of home and some.Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect for our trip. I brought my 83 yr old parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The patio had direct pool access which was perfect for them. No steps or long walks to get to the pool. Everything was clean and ready for us. Dan was very responsive through from booking to check out. The onsite manager, Doug, was very friendly and helpful. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. Location was within minutes to several restaurants, bars, stores, etc. I would definitely stay again. Important to take your keys with you so you do not get locked out of the building. Our parking was under the building and close to elevator. Unit was close to elevator also. Perfect for our needs on this trip.

Awesome stay!

Our family loved this place. It felt like a home! All rooms are a great size in this condo, very spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Having the pool right out the back sliding glass doors was perfect! . We were able to sit on the patio and loved the view! Parking and access was simple and easy. I would recommend this place for a great beach, super clean condo and awesome pool.

Spacious, Clean and Comfortable

My family was so excited to come to the beach for our vacation this year. And Kandy's Kondo II was no disappointment. Everything we needed to get our relaxation underway was available. Kids loved the pool being right out the back patio doors. The kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil. Parking to condo was a breeze and we couldn't have been happier with the few steps we had to make to the beach for sunset every night. This unit is super clean and we have no complaints. Plenty of places to eat nearby and easy access. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Dan for being such a great host!
