When choosing a gulf front beach unit, make sure that you know where the unit is located in the condominium. You could get only a partial view instead of a panorama view of the Gulf. 2 Br. 2 BA.

All taxes are included in the price (state and county), a departure fee of $175 is required. A $300 security deposit must be received 10 days after booking to hold reservations. Personal check accepted if received 60 days prior to arrival, cash or cashiers check only. I do not charge a service fee or booking fee like the other websites

Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund
of security deposit, a $25 fee if after 45 days. If final payment was made, and after 60 days, 50% of the final payment will be refunded. Prices are subject to change without notice. Perfect location, if you’re looking for a little of quiet paradise, but close enough to plenty of restaurants and nite life, this condo is perfect. We Now stay monthly for November. Joe’s condo is always clean and has the necessary items for a relaxing week at the beach: towels, linens, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, internet, beach chairs and umbrella, ocean front penthouse with a pool. We learned the building’s elevator is to be replaced in the fall and saw the exterior is about to be painted. We look forward to returning again next year.

Our first time staying in Indian Shores. Steps away from the beach. Perfect view of the beach/ocean and sunset. Large balcony and comfortable seating. Large master bedroom and living room. Nice restaurants nearby. Drove to Treasure Island one night (very busy) Glad we stayed where we were. Nice Mini Golf near by. Very nice condo! Thank you. Owner always got back to me ASAP! Pool chairs were always taken by the time we got down there.

This location is perfect, steps away from the beach and ocean with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. This was exactly what we were looking for. We walked the beach every day and swam in the ocean. Also has a nice pool that was never too busy. We saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Close to fun shopping areas and great restaurants. Would definitely go back!

Indian Shores is my favourite after several visits. The area boast numerous eateries close by. THE BEACH DIRECTLY BELOW THE PENTHOUSE CONDO IS CLEAN AND NOT CROWDED. Our top floor suite was very large along with a well layout balcony. ALL APPLIANCES AND KITCHEN UTENSILS were top end. The owner was very helpful and the security systems made us feel safe. The pool was the correct size and due to the limited number of units it was never crowded.

Perfect location, large deck over looking the gulf. Pictures do not give this condo credit! Much more beautiful in person. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks, absolutely fabulous vacation. Highly recommend this unit. Only one negative, pool is only open from dusk to dawn. So no night swimming. Rita & Tony Stanley

Great place! We loved being able to walk out onto the beach. The balcony had the best views of the sunset every night! Very clean. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed our week so much that we extended our visit 3 more days and would have stayed longer if another family had not already booked it. Can’t wait to come back.

This unit was very easy to find and the location is great. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we were the only people in the pool area on the days we used it. The access to the beach was great with easy access. Directly on the beach with the perfect view. There are only 12 units here so the beach was pretty much empty. Those that had kids staying here were very quit and respectable to others around them. I would highly recommend this place and plan on staying here again next year.

The location of this unit is perfect. It is only 30 minutes to Tampa but is right on the beach. The view from the living room and bedroom are stunning. The balcony is large and the sunsets are amazing. Joe was really easy to work with. He mails all the needed parking tags and keys after receiving the deposit. The unit itself is very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing trip. Joe even has an umbrella, chairs and a beach wagon to pull your stuff in if needed. It's a low key place that we never saw more than three other people at the pool or beach. Would rent this place again with no hesitation. Thank you Joe for a much needed relaxing vacation.

Not much you say about this condo other than PERFECT. Location, comfort, view, price, privacy. I have stayed in Indian Rocks/Indian Shores area for the past ten years, every year. This is one of the best experiences I have had. Every thing was a pleasure here, and I really love the covered parking, two parking spaces each condo. You have everything you need in the condo to make your stay comfortable. You do not need to bring anything with you. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets and pillows, towels, and even beach chairs with an umbrella and a cart to bring it all down to the beach. I have never had this much included in a rental. Just bring your clothes and sunblock and enjoy the time you spend here.

We booked this right before COVID really flared up in Florida. The owner, Joe, was awesome and very accommodating. He always promptly responded to us and did his best to accommodate our schedule. The building having only 4 floors, this beautiful Penthouse has a spacious balcony with entrances to both the living area and master bedroom where we could watch the beautiful sunsets & dolphins swim by. The private pool was very nice and also has quite a beach area. Very relaxing and we will definitely return again.

Beautiful beach front condo, well maintained, with a large balcony to enjoy the beautiful, and spectacular sunsets. We been coming down to Indian Shores for over twenty years, and this was the first time we rented this condo, but it will not be our last.The owner of this condo was friendly, and helpful. Dealing with the owner was so much easier than dealing with a rental agent. I truly was pleased with the whole rental process.

This is our 5th condo in the area and it met almost all of our needs. This condo is in a small (12 unit) building and has fabulous views from the large gulf front balcony with sliders from the great room & the master bedroom. It is conveniently located and has a beautiful & quiet sandy beach & pool. It was very clean, safe & well equipped, and the owners, Joe & Gisela, were helpful & responsive. Two suggestions: we missed having a grocery basket/ luggage carrier to get our luggage & groceries from the garage up to the condo, and we missed having an outdoor grill area. That being said, we look forward to returning.

Joe is a great host and the condo is everything you need. We like to visit the area 3 or 4 times a year and have never been disappointed. This is a quiet section of beach, never crowded even in season. If you need the touristy stuff it’s a short drive to Clearwater or John’s Pass. We will be back.

This condo was amazing!!!!The owners were great to work with, the kitchen had everything you need if your cooking, the beds were comfy as well, very nicely decorated. I can't say enough about the huge private balcony were we watched the sun set every night. Not only was the location perfect, the beach wasn't crowded, very quiet, close to local beach bars and restaurants. This was our 3rd time to this beach but 1st time staying here, I can honestly say, this is the best condo we've ever stayed in. Thanks Joe for giving us a fantastic much needed vacation!!!!!!!!
