Penthouse condominium located in Indian Shores, Florida directly
facing the Gulf of Mexico with breath taking views of the Gulf. Watch
dolphins play and swim, watch Pelicans fly by the balcony where you
can almost touch them. Let the waves lull you to sleep at night in
the master bedroom. You get a full view of the gulf and the beach.
When choosing a gulf front beach unit, make sure that you know where the unit is located in the condominium. You could get only a partial view instead of a panorama view of the Gulf. 2 Br. 2 BA.

SLEEPS MAXIMUM 4 GUEST, INCLUDING CHILDREN.

A 13 % sales tax added and departure fee $125. A $300 security deposit must be received 10 days after booking to hold reservations. Personal check accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival, cash or cashiers check only.

Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund
of security deposit, a $25 fee if after 45 days. If final payment was made, and after 45 days, 50% of the final payment will be refunded. Prices are subject
to change without notice. Keys will be sent after full payment is
received. Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Send e-
mail for additional information. Check calendar for availability.

The owner in not responsible for items controlled by the association. EX: Pool closed for maintenance, elevator close for maintenance, building maintenance....etc

NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER 21 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Situated between Clearwater Beach, FL and St. Petersburg Beach, Fl.
Easy accesses to local attractions (Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World,
Universal City, Airport and much more.
From Tampa International Airport, follow exit I-275 south towards St.
Petersburg... cross the Howard Franklin Bridge, going west (I275) to
old exit 15, go west on Park Blvd , until you can go no further,
cross the bridge to the beach and turn left at light. Unit is 100
yards from light.
