Enjoy this large, newly updated beach condo with private waterfront balcony off living room, deck overlooking pool, and covered parking. This unit has all the amenities of home including spacious rooms. Spend your beach vacation at "The Narrows" with easy access to the beach on one side and the intercoastal waterway on the other. While the immediate area is quiet, this unit is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, Busch Gardens, Tampa, and the local aquariums to name just a few attractions.
Indian Sands has a large patio with multiple grills on the waterfront, heated pool in winter, and lots of outdoor space in a small quiet complex for your comfort and convenience. There is a dock for fishing or watching dolphins and manatee and a private boat slip available for your toys during your stay. The kitchen has a wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, and all utensils. This condo also has a separate wet bar with sink, a full-sized laundry, a fireplace, Queen and twin beds in second bedroom, and a Queen hide-a-bed in the living room. The large master suite has a King-sized bed along with a recliner and futon for relaxing. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, fishing rods, and a lot of beach toys for your use and enjoyment. We are also stocked with books, games, puzzles, and a new 75-inch TV in the living room as well as TVs in each bedroom to relax inside.
Indian Sands Condos is a small complex consisting of four 4-plex buildings (16 units total) all with outside entry. Due to the small size of the complex the pool and dock areas are also rarely crowded.
Area Information
Indian Sands is a small complex of only 16 units with everything to offer. Large private dock with boat ramp (very rare in this area) excellent place to watch for dolphin and manatee or boat watch, we have a heated pool or several areas to relax and enjoy the weather. Cross the 2-lane street to the beach or take a short walk to restaurants, convenience marts etc. Many fine restaurants close by in Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa only 20-25 miles, Bush Gardens about 30 miles,

About the owner: Larry and Cheryl Reinhardt are a recently retired couple from Southern Illinois near St. Louis who love to spend time with family on the water. We have lived our entire lives here in rural Illinois and decided to purchase a home on the water near Tampa for the endless entertainment opportunities that abound near the city. While most of Larry's childhood was spent on local lakes fishing, skiing, and camping, having a condo on the beach offers limitless access to all water sports.
Why this property? We chose the Indian Shores and Tampa area after visiting virtually every tourist area in Florida. We love the small town atmosphere of both Indian Shores and Indian Sands Condos while being only a few miles from the conveniences of the city. We can fly in to either Tampa or Clearwater Airport and easily uber to our beach home. This complex is small and quiet with all the amenities of the larger more crowded resorts. This is our little slice of paradise!!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Look out living room see the intracoastal and watch the sun rise. Outback go across 2 lanes watch the sunset over the ocean. Condo is great, large space has everything you need. The owner Larry, is awesome easy communication. Walking distance to restaurants. Definitely will book again

My family has stayed in this condo several times over the last 10 years. It gets nicer every time both inside and out. We appreciated the brand new beach gear and fishing off the condo's new dock. We look forward to staying here again.

Property was as described and Larry was very prompt on his communication which was very much appreciated, as I had a few issues trying to arrange things from the UK. Property was well presented, with nearly everything needed for a lovely vacation. Views were wonderful with comfortable seating.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 10 days in July. The view off the living room was fantastic. The condo was spacious and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family of four. There are 2 gas grills on the property which was nice for making dinners. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. There is a unit above this condo. Unfortunately, the occupants above were quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. The beach chair were rather weathered and there was not an umbrella. We rented beach equipment from a local company for the the week. I would not hesitate renting this unit again.

sorry about a large group overhead, if we had known at the time we could have addressed this with the unit owner. Our complex has recently passed strict occupancy limits to prevent large groups from overtaking our small quiet complex and several have been removed under that rule. We left all new beach equipment in early June but evidently some disappeared prior to your visit. It has all been replaced again.Thanks.

The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and full of all the amenities you could need. The deck overlooking the intercoastal was the best place to have coffee, watch the sunrise and see the manatee. The dock, the pool and the back deck in the master suite were a wonderful addition. The trolley stop was right outside the building and will take you anywhere on Gulf Blvd. Larry was a pleasure to work with and when you book the condo don't forget to head to JD's for an evening on their back deck. What a fun time! Our vacation was heavenly and can't wait to do it again!

Don’t second guess !! BOOK NOW !! We have done several beach vacations, this by far was our favorite. This place is huge , with 5 of us we all had PLENTY of room . It was cleaned nicely . This is a piece of heaven. Laid back and so peaceful. Larry was a pleasure to work with . Very close to the beach , 150 steps from the front door . The pool was nice and pretty much all ours all week . The storage unit was a plus to have all our beach stuff tucked away , along with my hubby’s fishing gear . Was nice to have beach chairs, and a wagon here for our use . Also the dock was heavenly, fishing amazing. Also seeing the manatee, and dolphins . I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay !! So much we are already booked for next year . The beaches were beautiful, Sandy white and Crystal blue water . I promise you can’t go wrong booking !! Very close to Clearwater of you want a busy day or evening. Definitely stole this Georgia Gal’s Heart !! Until next year ♥️

place was very clean and directly across from beach access. Porch off of living room looked out over intercoatal waterway with pretty sunrise. 2 bedrooms, large master in back with futon that could have slept 1-2 people/kids. TV had netflix and comfortable living room furniture to watch tv on. Lots of storage in bathrooms ( 2 full baths) and bedrooms. Owner was very reachable.

My family and I stay here each year for our vacation!! And this year was our 6th year here. We always have a wonderful time here and enjoy our stay each year. The area is so beautiful and relaxing. The condo itself is always tip-top. Owner does a fabulous job with keeping it clean, updated amd comfortable for all guests. Layout is awesome, its very spacious and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is always an array of dolphins and manatee and you can fish right off the dock. If youbare looking for the perfect getaway, this is the place to go!!! Highly recommend!!!

My family stayed in this condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was spacious and was a short walk to the beach. The pool was never crowded and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, floats, fishing rods and a nice cart to pull them in. The intercoastal view was breathtaking and we spotted a manatee and several dolphins while there. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Sheila T.Lovely repeat visit to Indian Shores
We hadn't stayed in this particular apartment before but it was really nice with a lovely view of the waterway. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for our one month stay. The sofas and the bed were very comfortable and Larry, the owner,was most helpful from initial booking to our leaving a couple of days ago when he was happy to give us a late check out as our flight time from Tampa was delayed.We used the fishing dock every day and caught catfish, puffer fish and one day a flying fish. The dolphins went by regularly and on one occasion manatee. The beach trolley was most useful and the pool was lovely as usual. We also went fishing and sailing out of Clearwater and ate at JDs, the Mexican restaurant, the Columbia and Spinners along at St Pete's beach. We know the area well so tend to stick with our old favourites.The one problem we had in the apartment was with the fridge freezer which ceased to function correctly and was obviously essential given the temperatures. Larry immediately arranged for a maintenance company to come out and when they said it couldn't be repaired the old one was removed and a new one installed and all within 24 hours.One thing I would add is that maybe a notice should be placed on the fridge freezer reminding people not to leave fishing bait in the appliance but to dispose of it properly before leaving.We were more than happy with our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

This Condo was beyond my expectations. Rooms were very large, nicely decorated and very clean.. our stay was wonderful. We were there to attend my son and daughter in law’s wedding renewal of vows. We were very comfortable with the area, the transportation and restaurants in the area. I love Indian Rocks Beach. I will definitely be booking this Condo again.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo! The owners have thought of everything you will need to make your vacation wonderful. The condo is well stocked and the furnishings are comfortable. The setting is tranquil and the beach isn't crowded at this location! We enjoyed long walks on the beach and sitting on the balcony where we saw dolphins swim by.

My husband and I have stayed several times at this location in Indian Shores. One of the best features that we enjoy is to relax on the balcony that overlooks the waterway. Watching the boats go in and out and of course getting to see the dolphins and manatees are the highlight of our day. This condo is very well stocked and several restaurants are within walking distance. The owners have always been very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our vacation at this large, very clean condo located right on the waterway. It was very relaxing to sit on the dock or balcony and watch the dolphins, boats, and birds. The beach was right across the street and the owners provide a beach wagon, chairs, and toys. The condo is in a small quiet complex but only minutes away from St. Pete and Clearwater. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning.
