Beach Palm 307 unit is a beautiful oceanfront condominium which features all new amenities. This includes an oceanfront pool, along with straight beach access. The room includes all the amenities for a homely stay. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two rooms have King beds and the last room includes two twin beds. There are all new 40' smart TVs in all the bedrooms and a 55' Smart TV in the living area. A washer and dryer will be included along with all linens. Our unit also includes outdoor oceanfront balcony with furniture for dining and relaxing.

Close to all shopping needs, dolphin watching, 2 hours from manatee private tours in Crystal River. Close to all kinds of restaurants and family events. John's pass is a great place to take the kids! Also a mini Golf course with in 1 mile

Beautiful place to stay

We stayed at this condo for a week 11/4-11/12. Condo is beautifully furnished, well equipped and very comfortable! Great view of the ocean and just steps from the sand! Would definitely go there again!

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well kept. The deck was a wonderful place to drink coffee and take in the view. We could have used a few more towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of closet space and drawers so you don't have to live out of your suitcase for a week. The pool area was very nice. Steps have been taken to make this a secure property.

Great place to stay, relax and unwind

This unit is a great place to stay at and unwind. We rented this place for 3 weeks straight. The 3 bedrooms, kitchen and private balcony were perfect for our family and friends who visited. The pool, private parking and overall security of the condo was very nice. The view out to the gulf is unmatched and the sunset is one of the best you will ever see. The owner was very responsive with any question we had.
