Very clean and freshly remodeled one bedroom condo to enjoy the beautiful Gulf

Relaxing

Place is clean and as described. Bed and pillows comfortable. Host and neighbour were helpful. Only thing that would have been nice was outdoor chairs.

Great location!

We stayed in unit 109 of Fifty Gulfside Condominium. The parking space was directly in front of the unit which was convenient. The unit is on the right side of the building and is just steps to the beach and pool. restaurants and a CVS are a 10 minute walk away. The unit was nicely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, beach chairs, pool floats, boogie board. there was no cooler to take down to the beach nor were there beach towels so we had to purchase those which we weren’t expecting. The only drawback of this unit is the main interior entry door is in the master bedroom. Instead we used the sliding patio doors as our main entrance which was fine but the noise from the hallway in the morning woke us up. I would have appreciated a fan to block out the noise. otherwise this is a great unit and building!

Great Cape Coral vacation!

We had a GREAT vacation at Seventh Heaven Pool house. Location convenient to many nice restaurants and Yacht club beach, House was clean and well maintained with many amenities. Owner was great to communicate with and very responsive.

We loved it!

Our host was very friendly and thorough with a walk through. The place was very clean! She had explained that it was a new rental as there were not any reviews to consider. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and beach equipment. Suited us well. Had starter paper products and minimal staples. Plenty of pans, plates, etc. all in all was a great stay. Little noise from the restaurant attached to the building but it didn’t bother us. BTW, the restaurant had excellent food and service. Klodia was gracious enough to leave us a nice bottle of wine and a gift card for dinner as well. Would stay again.

Absolutely excellent condo, amenities, pool and location

The owner of this unit has thought of everything. The furnishings and the bed were so comfortable. Plenty of nice clean towels. Cookware, utensils, glassware, everything you need to prepare and serve a meal has been provided. A table and chairs for two for dining on the deck and two very comfy lounge chairs and a small ottoman for relaxing with a sunset cocktail or reading a good book. Lighting is balanced and warm. This unit was undoubtedly the cleanest condo we have rented in recent years. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The pool chairs are comfortable and the pool is on the south side of the building so the sun is on the pool from morning to evening. The outdoor gas grill is new and well maintained. I cooked on it several nights. It needs an outdoor light mounted in the grill area but the condo owner has even seen to that by providing a small portable LED light that at least helped more than using the light on my phone. This was a great place and we plan to return next year.

Beautiful

This was our 3rd visit to the Chateaux and #201 was the best. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. The wrap around balcony allowed the unit to be more open with spectacular views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets - the side balcony and bedroom balcony were great to see the day begin. Sitting on the balcony and being able to see the beach and sunset on a high top table that did not obstruct views was fabulous. The pool was sparkling clean along with restroom facilities. The outside grill was not working but it could have been because of the hurricane that just came through and needs to be serviced by the the "building mgmt company" - it was not the owners fault. Only recommendation to the owner is upgrade to a larger tv, hopefully a smart tv for ease of use - football fans need this :), but it wasn't a deal breaker and we hope to rent this unit again. Hope to see you again in 2024.

great view of gulf

best view of the beach and sunsets, small bathroom only fits one person, large living dining area, 2 single rolls of toilet paper so bring extra, no tablets for dishwasher, pool was excellent, outdoor area always clean and the beach was wonderful! Would probably book again.

Beautiful beach view and access.

In the middle of many attractions. Almost across from Salt Rock Grill, an excellent restaurant. Wonderful upgraded condo with spectacular views. Beautiful sunsets. Best heated pool I have every been in. Very clean. Easy access on and off the Gulf. Close to St. John’s pass.

exlent condo

We spent a week on unit #204 . This unit is very well furnished (it even has a Keurig machine), It has appropriate furniture for a beach unit, Nice view of the ocean. Locate on second floor allows easy access by stairs without needing to use the elevator. Nest time we go back to Indian Shores we will try to rent this unit. We would like to have a keyless front door lock eliminating the need to carry a key to the beach.

Great location with great ocean front views and sunsets. Kitchen Nicely stocked. Could use a deep cleaning on woodwork and floors. Carpet stained and paint on walls chipping, white shower curtain moldy. Check in/out very easy, even got to check in around noon which was very nice.

Great condo and vacation

Rented a unit for a week. Wife and I needed to unwind. Great location and right on the beach. Just painted building and unit was very clean and king bed was great. Watched the sunset on our balcony every night. Heated pool was great after swimming in the ocean. Could not of had a better time. Also ate supper out every night at different places and never had a bad meal. Already made reservations for next year. Thanks all..

Location was perfect - wide sandy beach, never crowded. Condo has amazing wrap around balcony to provide amazing sunset viewing! Kitchen well stocked, washer and dryer handy. Will return.

Up to date furnishings and view of beach

The Caprice is a couple of blocks off the main road of Gulf Blvd. This unit has a view of the beach even though it is overlooking the pool. Since it is on the 2nd floor, the pool could get noisy. Shops and restaurants could be within walking distance if you care to walk a few blocks. The unit is updated and very nice furnishings. The office staff was very, very helpful. We did have a disturbance on Friday night until about 1:00am. Sounded as though it was from the road or the beach. I do not think any of the residents were screaming at that time.

Quiet on the Gulf

The unit was clean & had a nice view of the gulf from the balcony. Suggestions: invest into a larger TV for both the Living & Bedrooms. Also the couch is outdated & uncomfortable. Maybe even a softer & higher quality mattress for the King bed. The property was quiet & the desk help courteous.

Very clean with a great view of ocean from the balcony!

The condo unit had everything needed for our week long stay. The condo was clean and the beds (King size) were very comfortable. Only minor issue was not enough hot water for a bath. Administratively, handling of the unit keys was awkward (mailing keys to our home in time for departure, then mailing back to Canada address within 10 business days to avoid $ 150 lock replacement charge). There should be more efficient, user friendly ways to handle this matter! But overall, very nice!

Awesome location. The beach was amazing. Close to restaurants but not in the center of traffic. It's an older condo unit, could use a few upgrades. However, the unit was clean and adequately equipped with towels, blankets, pillows, and start-up staples. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Our overall stay was enjoyable and peaceful.

Great Beach Location

This comfortable one bedroom condo has stunning beach and sunset views through large patio doors and sizable balcony! With a well equiped kitchen the unit was very clean, fully furnished, and felt up to date. It has a very nice pool that we utilized almost every day. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this unit again or recommend it to family or friends.

Very comfy

Thank you for sharing your home with me and my spouse. It was very welcoming, comfortable, clean and homey. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, even got to see the dolphin a couple of times. Beautiful, Spacious Beach Front Condo

We loved our stay in condo #404. This condo is spacious and modern with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It is nicely furnished, fresh and clean and has an updated kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, even a cute teapot for my favorite Earl Grey brew. The bed is comfortable and the pull out couch got a thumbs up from our teenager. You cannot beat the location right on Gulf Blvd, close to shops, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and look forward to coming back in the future.

The condo was AWESOME. Great view of the bay, great location. Only an 8 minute car ride to the bench.I accidentally left my Roku remote in the room. It took a while for management to get back to me, but they eventually sent it to me for $25.00.

Beautiful view

I don't have one negative thing to say about our rental. It was beautifully decorated and although only 520 aware feet, it seemed much larger. Full size appliances made it seem like home. Lots of towels, dish soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and new roll of paper towels. There were no spices except salt and pepper so Bring ng your own. No big deal. The screened lanai was fabulous with plenty of furniture for 4 adults. The bedroom which was very large was set back in an alcove with 2 HUGE closets. Loved staying there.

Clean and very spacious but could definitely use updating with furniture and appliances. Tv had too many remotes to turn on . Countertop in kitchen was very nice and updated! Would give this a standard but not premium rating
