Relaxing beach lovers paradise in beautiful Indian Shores, FL. Welcome to your home away from home. Our 1st floor unit includes a private patio offers the added perk of observing the parrots that inhabit the area. This large, one bedroom unit has a lovely sun room that offers a comfortable futon for extra sleeping. It features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, furnished with everything you'll need for a great vacation. You'll also enjoy private access to Barefoot Beach's white sandy beach, less than 600 feet away. Our heated pool is said to be the nicest in the area, with many lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful inter coastal waterway. There is also a fishing pier on site with boat slips available for rent. Multiple laundry locations and gas grills are available throughout the resort.
You'll find that this unit is in a prime location, next to the very popular "Salt Rock Grill" & "Indian Shores Coffee". We're conveniently located close to grocery stores, great entertainment venues & "John's Pass".

Kids love our pool & the beach! We provide an assortment of beach toys for the little ones. We also have an assortment of DVD's, puzzles & games available. There's a mini-golf course nearby. It's a great place to fish with your kids as well. Our fishing dock is perfect for teaching kids the sport.

You'll find that this unit is in a prime location, next to the very popular "Salt Rock Grill" & close to grocery stores, coffee shops & "John's Pass". Baseball lovers can also attend MLB games at "Tropicana Field", just a 20 minute drive from Indian Shores in St. Petersburg. "Busch Gardens", the "Florida Aquarium" and the "Lowry Park Zoo". are all located in Tampa, approx. 30 minutes away. Don't forget about the "Bucs" too! Raymond James Stadium is only 35 minutes from our resort.

Notes:
Refundable damage deposit of $150 is required & will be returned after 5 business days of checkout, providing no damage or excess cleaning is reported.
Cleaning fee is contracted & includes additional disinfecting service. Linens are provided along with a starter set of paper products, dish/dishwasher soap & paper products. Excess cleaning fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any special requests for the house cleaners (linen swap, etc.) must go through the owner & will incur an upcharge.
Parking tag must be hung properly inside vehicle (only 1 vehicle allowed) to avoid being towed & the tag must be returned upon checkout. $50 fee to replace a lost or forgotten parking tag. Overflow parking is available on street or at the municipal lot nearby.
Boat slip rental is available on a first come, first serve basis: $1/ft per day.
Barefoot Beach has a strict "No Pets" policy. As much as we all love our 4 legged fur babies, absolutely no pets are allowed in our condo or on the property unless they are registered service dogs. (Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.) Please notify the owner prior to reserving the condo if you plan to bring a service dog.

About the owner: You know that country song, "A little bit country, a little bit rock & roll"? That's us! I'm a country girl from the mountains of Upstate NY & he's a sweet, southern guy who spent the 80's rockin' & partying in St Pete Beach. We met in the Orlando area after we had both moved there in the late 90's. We both love the beach & St Pete is "home" to him so it made perfect sense for us to purchase our 2nd home in that area. Together, with our entrepreneurial son, we chose to purchase our condo in Indian Shores, which is also 20 minutes from his in-laws. It's a perfect place for our family & we feel blessed every day to have the opportunity to enjoy it as well as share it.
Why this property? We first stayed at Barefoot Beach several years ago as guests. Of all the beaches in Florida, the Gulf beaches are our favorites & we absolutely fell in love with Indian Shores. It's a quiet community with clean, uncrowded beaches & close to everything we enjoy when we're at the beach. It was our dream to own a condo at Barefoot Beach & in August of 2019, that dream became a reality. It's our home-away-from-home ,our little slice of paradise & we're so happy to share it with our guests. You'll fall it love with it, just the way we did!
Frequently Asked Questions
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, our resort has a strict NO PETS policy.
Is there free parking?
Yes, one parking spot per condo. The appropriate parking tag MUST be hung on the rearview mirror of your vehicle or else the resort management will have it towed. There is a $50 charge for lost or non-returned parking passes. Also, vehicles may not be backed in to the spaces, due to health regulations (exhaust fumes facing condo entrance doors).
Is the unit directly on the beach?
No, it is 20 steps from the inter coastal & 250 steps from the beach. We have a private beach entrance & beach are for resort guests only (not public access).
Do we furnish linens & paper supplies?
Yes, linens including bath towels, pool towels, etc. are included as well as sheets for the master, futon & pullout. There is a starter set of paper products, hand soaps, etc. Linen exchange service is an upcharge of $20. There is a $4 per towel charge for missing or stained towels & washcloths.
Do you have a disinfecting protocol in place?
Yes, the resort is following CDC recommended guidelines & our condo housekeepers are utilizing an upgraded disinfecting procedure.
How will I access the unit?
You will be provided with access codes & general information once you have paid for your rental in full & prior to the date of check-in.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes, the WiFi is included & covers the entire resort.
How many people does it accommodate?
Our unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably & up to 5 people.
What building is it in?
Building F, directly next to the Salt Rock Grill. There is a marked map in the pictures.
Is smoking allowed?
No, we do not allow smoking anywhere inside, or outside (patio, front door) of our unit. There are designated smoking areas at the pool.
Do you offer discounts or specials?
We offer a 5% discount for a weekly stay, 10% for a monthly stay & we offer special discounts to our repeat guests.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, you can take the trolley, which runs from Clearwater to St Pete Beach & passes directly in front of the resort.
What is the closest airport?
St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport or the Tampa International Airport

Our family loved our vacation home away from home! The beaches were beautiful and the pool was so relaxing. This is a perfect place for a family that loves the beach and fishing. Just a short walk across the street to the beach, and the beach cart was a huge plus for our family with kids! The fishing dock on the property was a nice place to end the day. Well maintained unit , owners very attentive to needs. The buildings and area are very well kept. Close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are available. This is a very easy accommodating unit. Has everything you need. No need to worry. Pool is heated. Can be busy. But pool is large enough to handle. Close walk to coffee shop.

We rented a condo for 23 days in Indian Shores Beach Florida. Our place was just as advertised! It was just right for the two of us. We really enjoyed the location, and the pool was awesome as was walking the beach. The weather was also nice for the most part. We will rent this place again!!!

We had a great time. The weather was good. We took the Jolly Trolley everyday. We did not rent a car this time and did just fine. Went to John's pass and went fishing and ate our catch at the fisherman's rest next to the fishing. They cooked and gave us two sides for 11.00 it was great. The beach is the very best!
