To ensure Hart's Paradise is the perfect fit for your vacation, please keep the following details in mind:

‍ Stairs Only: The condo is located on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the unit.

Strict Parking Limit: Your booking includes one free on-site parking spot. The resort community cannot accommodate secondary vehicles, trailers, or oversized RVs.

Daytime Parking (No Overnight):

* Tiki Gardens – $2.50 per hour (until 5:00 PM)
* Indian Shores Municipal Parking – $2.50 per hour (until 5:00 PM)
* Parking is FREE from 5:00 PM until midnight.
* No overnight parking is permitted at either location.

Overnight Parking:

* Park Boulevard Boat Ramp (Gulf Blvd)
* $6.00 per day for vehicles parked overnight.

Please plan accordingly, as vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be ticketed or towed.

Beach Gear Care: We are happy to provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a canopy, a cooler, and a boogie board for your enjoyment! Please help us keep them in great shape by rinsing off excess sand and returning them clean.

Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials (coffee, basic toiletries, and paper goods) to get you settled on your first day. For longer stays, you may want to pick up additional supplies at the local store.

Quiet Community: Barefoot Beach Resort is a peaceful, family-friendly residential community. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. No parties or smoking are permitted inside the property.
