Master bedroom has king size bed with access to pool , walk in closet , two dressers ,Flat screen TV. The master bath has a walk in shower and a garden tub , bath has double sinks .

Bedroom# 3,Has 2 twin beds and dresser. All of the above have a beach theme.
Kitchen has everything you will need , Dishwasher , Waste disposal, refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker . microwave, toaster, blender.
Pool comes with grill ,pool loungers, tables and chairs, pool toys pool temp is set at 82 degrees
Our home has a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board ,vacuum cleaner and laundry basket
Living room, with large sliding glass doors with access to the lanai and pool.
Dinning room seating for 4 , Breakfast table seats 4and the breakfast bar seats
Den and Master bedroom have smart TV 's .
Our home has amazing sunrise and sunsets. Minutes to the beaches and restaurants. With several golf courses locally.
Just down the street we have a bike path. We have two New bicycles ride at your own risk.

Florida Living is a beautiful home in Rotonda West, Florida. We are in the perfect location for white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast and close to several golf courses. Within 2-2.5 hrs drive to Busch Gardens, the Everglades and the Orlando theme parks.
Florida Living is near to the Port Charlotte Mall, approx 20 mins driving time. There are extensive restaurants in Englewood, Port Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
Charlotte stadium (15 min drive) is the Spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.

About the owner: I grew up in Schenectady N. Y And now live in Amsterdam NY. I went into US Navy in 1975 my enlistment was for 6 years. At the end of my enlistment from the Navy I met my wife Linda she is a RN. I had I started a business Michael's fine Jewelry as I had a passion for gemstones and creativity. Over the years I purchased property and Have managed rentals as well as running my Jewelry Store. In 2006, I decided to close the jewelry store and work for another company managing, creating and repairing fine jewelry.
My wife and I Traveled to Naples Florida for years,one day we traveled up the coast and found Rotonda west. My wife and I fell in love with this area. That was the point we decided, we would love to retire in Rotonda west. In a few years we will retire on 124 Long meadow La. Rotonda west Englewood Florida.
Why this property? The property is on a nice quiet Street. Great to ride Bikes ,and close to a bike path and walking path

My husband and two children stayed here and we can’t say enough good things about it. The home is immaculately kept and the decor has a cool beachy vibe. The lanai is absolutely beautiful and so quiet and relaxing with comfortable chairs, impeccable landscaping, and a dining set where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. We were able to cook some meals there, as the kitchen is stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, and anything you could possibly need.I especially loved that there is a circular biking/walking path only a block away. The beach is only about 15 minutes away, and it’s conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. Can’t wait to return!

First and foremost, the owner (Michael McCabe) of the home was absolutely GREAT! His attention to detail was impeccable, as well as his caring and thoughtful demeanor. No matter the nature of the issue, he was ALWAYS accommodating and easy to talk to! Also, very diligent in his follow-up to make sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner AND to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! There is a park nearby where you can bike ride and play pickleball and/or tennis. There are so many restaurants in this area such as Landy's, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, or take the short 10min water taxi to Rum Bay. Boca Grande beach is 13 miles from the house (our favorite). Publix, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are conveniently close by (3-5 miles). Lots of things to do and places to go, you won't be disappointed!

I was looking for a private heated pool that we could enjoy in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood and I found it. We enjoyed our time lounging by the pool, but we also enjoyed being close to walking trails. The home is fully equipped with everything you want or need. Michael is wonderful to work with.

Lovely vacation home that is tastefully decorated. It is located in a central area that is close to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches of Manasota Key. It is just down the street from the community walking trail and very close to several good golf courses. Perfect spot for activities.

We were looking forward to staying at Michael and Linda’s place for April 2020. However, COVID changed our plans and we were told to return to Canada, on our way down to Florida. We contacted them immediately and they have graciously allowed us to come down in April 2021.We have been vacationing in the Rotonda area for many years, as it has 5 golf courses, a trail system, a great park with tennis courts and is close to the beach at Englewood (20 min.away) and Boca Grande (20 min. away). There are great restaurants in Boca ( Pink Elephant, Temptation, Miller’s Dockside) and in Englewood (Mango Bistro, Vino Loco and Beach Road Bistro). There is also spring training baseball in North Port ( Atlanta Braves) and Port Charlotte (Tampa Bay Rays) for fans as well. We will look forward to enjoying these activities next year! This property was most impressive....clean and very tastefully decorated. As with most Rotonda properties it is close to beaches, good restaurants and golf courses. Amenities at the property were first class in particular the bicycles were brand new. There was an issue with the bbq but a call to the owner resulted in the delivery of a brand new bbq the very same day. Other many issues were immediately addressed and resolved. Owner clearly committed to renter having a positive experience...a welcoming basket with wine and coffee much appreciated. Would recommend property to couple or small family.

Nice home with all the amenities located in the somewhat unique community of Rotonda West, in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Nice area for walking and bicycling. House is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. Large lanai with nice pool and furniture for outdoor meals and other activities. Reasonably close to nice areas such as Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood and Venice. Owner, Michael, very attentive to detail and helpful. Stayed three weeks end enjoyed it very much.
