Pest control and lawn maintenance is also included.

About the owner: This is a new build -2022 modern home. I have it furnished for a carefree vacation. The unit is clean, fresh and new. I wish for my guests to enjoy their time in our home. I have lived in Florida for 25 years and I love it here. I just want to share the joy of Florida. If you find anything missing in the unit and feel it would make a good addition, I am open to suggestions as I want you to have a good time.
