Our luxurious home occupies a triple southwest facing lot overlooking a natural lake in a quite conservation area. The house has been furnished to a very high standard and has one of the finest views on Rotonda. Both master suites have doors opening out to the extended pool deck which is equipped with 4 padded sun loungers, table and 8 padded chairs. The pool and spa are ELECTRICALLY HEATED. The house has been equipped to provide visitors with every home comfort and convenience including WIFI, 4 smart TVs with Netflix, bikes, telephone.
Unique Benefits
One of the best qualities of the villa has to be the wonderful view. We built the villa on a large double lot which has one of the finest views on Rotonda overlooking the lake then over to the first green of the beautiful Pine Valley Golf Course. We also own the vacant lot to the side of our double lot for added privacy. The house also has an extended pool and cage area which is ideal for sunbathing all day and sitting with a glass of wine in the evening to watch some amazing Florida sunsets. The villa is loved and beautifully maintained and furnished to a very high standard. We chose the Useppa design as it has two large master suites on opposite sides of the house which both open straight out to the pool area. We visit the house 3 times each year and we always make sure everything is regularly updated and kept in tip top condition for ourselves and our guests to enjoy. The villa has lots of facilities such as Smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, bikes, wifi, tennis rackets etc. Many of our guests love it as much as we do and come back year after year.
Why Kids Love It
The kids love the pool and the great selection of beaches. They also love to see the abundance of wildlife. There is so much to do in and around the area including fishing, nature trails, cycling, golf, tennis, shopping, parks, watersports, cinema, horse riding. There is something for everyone.
Area Information
Beaches of Englewood, Manasota Key, Stump Pass and Boca are just 10 to 20 mins drive away. A choice of large supermarkets and excellent restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Golf, tennis, go-karting, deeps sea fishing, jet ski hire, water sports, boat tours bowling, cinemas, Port Charlotte shopping mall are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Maybe Nature Reserve 1 hour. Busch Gardens 1.5 hours, Orlando 2.5 hours, factory outlet at Fort Myers and Sarasota 1 hour.

There are so many great places to eat. Many of our favourites are on Beach Road and the nearby Boca Grande. There are too many to mention.

About the owner: We are a family from Worcestershire UK who have been coming to Florida for over 20 years. We all love it here and visit the house three times a year to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches, weather, restaurants, not to mention the shopping. We also love riding our bikes, playing tennis and golf and exploring the many nature reserves and parks. There is so much to do here.
Why this property? We were looking for sometime to find a holiday home on the Gulf Coast and visited everywhere from Sarasota to Naples. However, although the houses were all wonderful, the plots of land were always very small, penned in with neighbours with little or no view at all. We were about to give up when we found Rotonda with its many lakes, canals, golf courses and nature reserves. The plots were large and the views spectacular. The area is deed restricted, very well maintained and very safe. It had everything we wanted. It also had the added bonus of being so close to Boca Grande with its fabulous beaches and restaurants. A 20 minute drive and you feel like you have been transported to a Caribbean island.

This beautiful home was perfect for my family.The layout of the was perfect.The house was very clean and the description of everything was spot on.I personally enjoyed having my morning coffee outside in the lanai watching the golfers.Loved the neighborhood.Close to many golf courses and beaches.

John W.Perfect villa in quiet location
We were extremely impressed by the standard of cleanliness and the villa far exceeded our expectations regarding the pool and spa. The ambience of the interior is so restful and we found everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. We couldn't have asked for more. The wild life was amazing even with the golfers trundling passed. We would highly recommend the villa, our family and friends were over the moon with the facilities. The sunsets were amazing.
