WELCOME TO ROTONDA WEST -

your vacation home - right on the water - we call it "Oak on the Water" because of the indescribably beautiful oak tree in the garden.


THE HOUSE:

The house itself has approximately 180 square meters of living space - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio with a private, heated pool.

It has the typical American flair - it's open - has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a breakfast bar, a comfortable dining room for 4, and the adjoining patio for 6 people - right by the pool with a view of the water.


THE MASTER BEDROOM:

The master bedroom has a direct view and access to the pool area. King-size bed, 60" Roku Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and direct access to the spacious bathroom with two sinks, shower, and separate toilet.


BEDROOMS 2 and 3:

The two additional bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed and two single beds, respectively—each with its own closet. The queen-size bedroom also has a Smart TV. A fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and shower is located between the two rooms.

LIVING ROOM:

The property has two comfortable living rooms—one of which is equipped with, among other things, a Smart TV, DVD, books, and direct access to the pool area.

Wi-Fi is included in the house—
and if you want to work, a desk with a printer is also available.

Golf and tennis equipment are available for your use,
as are two e-bikes for adults and two children's/youth bikes.
Beach equipment such as sun loungers and a parasol are available, as are games and books.


POOL:

The sheltered, screen-covered pool and veranda offer picturesque sunsets and magnificent views of the Rotonda Canals. The pool is not heated. A pool heater can be rented for $15 per day.



YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED HERE:

The property is located in the Rotonda Community – a golfer's paradise – with five golf courses of varying difficulty levels in the immediate area. Other activities – such as tennis courts – and everything you can find on the Gulf of Mexico/Gulf of America – are also available.


Despite all the amenities,
please note:

-- No loud parties
-- Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
-- Please keep doors and windows closed at all times – otherwise the air conditioning will not work.
-- Children are only permitted under the constant supervision of an adult 21 years of age or older.
-- The property is not suitable for babies and small children.
The landlord assumes no responsibility or liability.
-- We assume no liability for any accidents or damage caused by you. You alone bear the responsibility for these.


- We ask you to treat the house, the pool and the garden with care.
Companies have been commissioned to mow the lawn and maintain the pool on a weekly basis.
