About the owner: We are a family of 4 from Pennsylvania looking to share our vacation home with all of you. We have 2 girls who love to visit Florida, swim in the pool AND hit the beach! We love to escape the cold weather from time to time. The girls are still school aged so we don't get down near as much as we would like. We do have property managers who do a wonderful job of taking care of the house.
Why this property? Our family chose this home because it has EVERYTHING we wanted and is very close to stores, beaches, restaurants and so much else. We love the fresh water canal in the backyard, the heated inground pool, the friendly community with plenty of space to exercise and the size of the home was just perfect. There is space for everyone.
