This house is very nice and location is great. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. It has a great view of the canal from the back lanai. We spent a lot of time there grilling out. There is alot of golf courses close by if you like golfing like I do. Shopping and restaurants are close by too. Neighborhood is very quiet and not alot of traffic. I liked being able to keep our suv in the garage. This house is well decorated and very cozy. Joanna is very nice and communication with her was outstanding. When we decide to go back, she will be the first person we contact.

Really enjoyed this peaceful neighborhood, close to beaches, local bar and grills as well as groceries. Plenty of amenities: bikes, beach chairs, umbrella's, grill to use. Top notch renovations, 1st class decor! Fully furnished kitchen with everything and anything you will need. Beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby. JoAnna and Mario are so nice and easy to work with. We hope to be back soon.
