Pets
We are happy to consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance with details about your furry companion before booking. Please note that the backyard is not fenced, so pets should never be left unattended outdoors. To help us keep the home in great condition for all guests, all pets must be approved prior to your stay. Unapproved pets may result in cancellation of your reservation in accordance with the rental agreement.

Our Community
Harmony Haven is located in the peaceful and friendly Rotonda Golf & Country Club community, where neighbors enjoy a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. To help us remain in good standing with the community, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The neighborhood association also does not permit car washing in the driveway or on the street. Thank you for helping us care for our home and respect our wonderful community.

Families with Children
Families are always welcome! We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, children's dinnerware, books, board games, and beach toys to help make your stay more comfortable. The pool is enclosed by a screened lanai but is not separately fenced, so adult supervision is required at all times around the pool.

Hot tub & pool heating
The hot tub is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use it so we can prepare it for your arrival.

The pool is heated, but please keep in mind that it is an outdoor pool and heating depends on weather conditions. The pool and spa heater is designed to operate when outdoor temperatures are suitable and may not run when the daily average temperature is below 55°F. This is a built-in equipment limitation to protect the system.
