The main living area provides a comfortable space for relaxation with a 50” cable TV and views over the pool and lake. There is also a den area providing additional living space to relax away from the main part of the property, ideal for families with children.
A fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, with a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
There are separate breakfast and dining areas inside the property with a covered lanai for outdoor dining.
The northeast-facing pool area has a large, covered lanai with multiple access points from the villa to the private pool and spa. The pool is constantly heated by roof-mounted solar panels and the spa is electrically powered at an extra cost if required. The pool area is well appointed with sun loungers, tables, and a large table and 8 chairs for al fresco dining and unrestricted views over the lake and golf course via the pool cage picture window.
In addition to the two master suite bathrooms, there is an additional family bathroom and a pool bathroom opening onto the lanai area.
Guests have access to complimentary high-speed wireless internet and a landline telephone is available for incoming calls or making free local calls.
There is generous parking available at the property on the large driveway with an integral two-car garage available for use by guests.
The property is looked after by a Rotonda-based management company who are available to assist with general queries and maintenance and deal with any urgent requests.
