WELCOME TO OUR GORGEOUS CAVERN!
Spacious and uniquely designed house located in the upscale town of Rotonda West circle in a quiet, secure, friendly neighborhood, just minutes from the beaches.
The home has just been renovated and has lots of natural light and newly designed finishes, fresh paint throughout the entire house.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area Is fully stocked with new pots, pans, and everything you need. Keurig coffee machine, blender, mixer, multi cooker, and of course dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Full granite countertop including 4 bar stools.
The master bedroom with high-end king-size mattress and smart 55TV, a private bathroom, double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub along with a toilet bide.
The second bedroom queens size bed is also equipped with a high-end, hotel-type mattress for comfortable sleep and a smart 55TV.
The third bedroom also the top-quality mattresses in full and twin beds.
Family dining table for 6 people, breakfast table for 4 with nice pool/canal view. Family/game room
The living room includes a large smart 70TV with cable channels, comfortable and expandable sectional.
Sliding glass doors extend the living space and open to the pool, poolside lounge, and outdoor dining area.
The patio area is perfect for hanging out during the day, with a Weber gas grill/barbecue outside.
Laundry located in the garage hall with brand new high-efficiency washer and dryer with small ironing board and iron.
The two-car garage with an additional parking space in the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Commercial vehicles and trailers are not allowed to be parked overnight.
The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
All rooms are furnished with high-quality towels and linens.
To ensure the safety and quality of experience for our guests, there are only two surveillance cameras in use, the one at the front door of the house and the second facing the driveway.
Minutes away from numerous gulf coasts including the famous Boca Grande and Palm beaches and state parks to explore. Fishing, boating, and other adventurous opportunities are everywhere!

Our family loved this place: everything - location, house amenities, host help and responsibility. Our family is four generation: myself, my in lows, my kids, and my grandson, 2.5 year old. This house fits everybody. Everybody were busy and happy. Felt as at home. Plus beautiful heated pool, 12 min drive to beach ( manasota key), very nice, plenty of parking, clean sandy beach. Everything what we need to get relax from big city and work. Definitely would come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed for our family. It was outfitted very nicely, the lanai was great for our kids to play around and you can’t beat the location. The property was extremely clean, beds are comfortable, and the decor is lovely and freshly updated, fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. Wouldn't change anything and can't wait to go again. Owner was very accommodating and responsive, communication with the host is instant, response within minutes. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this home and recommend it to other families. The pool is not heated, so our kids did not swim much, but if temperatures are warmer outside, I’m sure the pool would be used more often. We stayed in late March/early April. The home is on a quiet street. The master shower was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. The only thing I would say wasn’t stellar was the beds were mostly very soft mattresses. I prefer a firm mattress, but that is my preference. Just might be nice to know for whoever is thinking of booking this home. The big couch and large tv were nice to watch as a family.
