Open floor plan and 2 baths were perfect for us. No maintenance issues, pool and lawn were maintained during our stay. Kitchen well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from Boca Grande, Englewood beaches. Host was very friendly and was available as needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely experience in Rotonda West and highly recommend it. Very nice home and the pool was my favorite place. The golf courses are pretty nice. We were there during a drought and the fairways were a little dry. The home is well appointed and the outdoor kitchen was a great gathering place. Violet is very responsive and communicates well. This home exceeded our expectations! It is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is new, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. The outdoor living space was amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub, comfortable chairs, outdoor TV, grill, and quietness in the backyard. We appreciated having all of the beach gear (cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels) when we traveled to several close by beaches. Communication with Violet was flawless. She and her husband were very responsive, friendly, and very helpful. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house is gorgeous, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighbourhood is lovely, and it's only about 15 minutes from some gorgeous beaches. The backyard was a highlight. With the heated pool, spa, and barbecue, it's easy to spend the whole day relaxing out there. Would highly recommend this property and we are already looking forward to returning to this lovely home!

I can not say enough about this gorgeous home. The décor is so warm, inviting and comfortable. The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud, the pool and hot-tub were perfection, and the area a tropical paradise. The home owners were so gracious ensuring the pool and hot tub temperatures were to our desire. Not a detail missed. Will definitely be booking this home again in future. It should have 6 stars!

We stayed at Violetta’s house during Thanksgiving break. Rotonda West is a quiet and laid-back residential area. The house is new, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the pool area. It was also pet-friendly, which was a big plus since we traveled with our Boston Terrier.Violetta and her husband were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the rental process. I would absolutely stay there again!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Violet’s place! The house is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We especially loved the pool area—it was spotless and fully stocked with all the pool essentials, making our time by the water so relaxing. The grill area and kitchen were also fully equipped, which made cooking and enjoying meals a breeze.Violet was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Eight of us had the pleasure of experiencing this property for a week at the end of August. Spacious, clean, and well arranged, it made the stay very comfortable for both families. Pool and hot tub was constantly in use, with everyone loving every minute. Location is great, with many beaches within a short drive. Would stay again!

We stayed at this beautiful, brand new property for a week in July. It's truly "a home away from home". Beautifully furnished, beds are very comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.
