Newer built in 2015, about 1600 sq ft, bright and spacious, open concept home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with huge screened lanai and oversized pool that backs up to a private green belt. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. Great location, just a short drive away from beaches, golf courses, shopping and dining.

Large open kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a gourmet meal, breakfast bar that sits 4 along with additional space with table and 3 barstools. Formal dining room with table for 6 guests. Great room has vaulted ceiling, sliding doors to pool area, 65" smart TV. Primary bedroom has king bed, sitting area, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, huge walk-in closet and is adjoined by full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, closet with organizers. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and closet with organizers. Hallway full bathroom has tub/shower combo. Full size washer and dryer for guest use. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. Beach supplies including 6 chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards and cooler. 4 bikes and floats for the pool are also offered. Wi-Fi internet and uTube TV along with numerous of streaming apps on all smart TVs for guests to login.

The house is very beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Dorota was very responsive when asking any questions that came up. We were not familiar with the area and she recommended many local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Very enjoyable stay in a fully equipped home. Had everything we needed. Even a welcoming bottle of wine ! Very clean. Nice pool/ outdoor area. Dorothy was very accommodating to our needs and even helped us out with an item left behind! We were able to enjoy the bikes, and coolers . Highly recommend for a relaxing stay

Wonderful property with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Swim in your private back yard pool or just a short drive to beautiful beaches and State Parks. Very quiet neighborhood, yet just a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Cruising bikes made it easy to explore the nearby park. Gorgeous home. Everything you need to have a restful, relaxing time in Florida. Don’t want to stay in and enjoy the pool and sunshine on the lanai? NO problem! You are so close to more amazing beaches, restaurants, activities, and shopping than you will have time to visit.

Ours was a girls’ trip for my 50th birthday. Five friends, love to cook, ready to laugh and have fun. We cooked at the house, and had everything we needed for Shrimp Fest, lots of appetizers, breakfasts, and fancying up leftovers!

You can venture out to Farlowe’s for a nice dinner or Laishley’s for a nice lunch by the water. We flew into Sarasota and ate at Irma’s tacos on our way to the house (delicious)!!!

Dollar General is close to the house for anything you may have forgotten. Publix and Super Days have loads of great food options also.

Clean house, well appointed, and your host is a wonderful communicator. On our last night we were planning our next visit back.

We were all thankful that we woke up to a light rain on our departure day, as it made it slightly easier to leave this super comfortable home away from home.
