The spa is perfect for kids too with under water benches at either side and a waterfall into the pool. Two underwater benches in the deeper end of the pool, one beneath the waterfall. Pool is 5ft at the deepest point.
3 bedrooms - 1 large master with Queen bed, large walk in closet, large en-suite with corner spa tub, huge roman shower and twin basins, 2nd master with Queen bed, en-suite shower room, both with access to the lanai via sliding doors; 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and access to the pool shower room and a 4th shower room in the office/ den; large open plan living area, oversized pool, spa and pool deck.
This spacious Florida Gulf Coast holiday villa has been custom built and modified from the original plan to offer plenty of room for everyone! Maintained, decorated and furnished to the highest standards. You can enjoy comfortable open plan living and modern relaxing bedrooms.

Two bedrooms have their own bath / shower room with the third having easy internal access to the large poolside shower room. The oversized pool has been constructed to provide superior bathing facilities and has an extended south west facing lanai/patio with high grade bug screen and with ample space for everyone in your group.
The large outdoor area surrounding the pool overlooks a canal. The spa adjoining the pool is the perfect place to stargaze at night.
A gas BBQ grill is free for your use poolside.
Wi-fi is available for use during your stay. LCD TV's are in the great room and all bedrooms.

This Florida Gulf Coast holiday villa is situated in Rotonda West, a wagon-wheel shaped community of beautiful homes divided by fresh-water canals, convenient for local shopping, restaurants, and the many golf courses, both on Rotonda West and the surrounding area.
Rotonda West boasts bicycle and walking tracks, a children's play park, tennis courts and, above all, tranquility. The area has no street lighting pollution and, therefore, is the perfect location for star gazing at night.
The nearby coastline is absolutely stunning with beautiful beaches where you can watch many birds, including pelicans and ospreys, and sometimes catch a glimpse of dolphins. Sunset cruises, often seeing dolphins jumping in the wake of the boats, operate from nearby marinas, and you can also hire self-drive boats
To the south of the community is a protected wetland where visitors are able to observe an area rich in wildlife which provides ideal habitats for a wide variety of birds, including bald eagles, herons and egrets, and animals including bobcats, otters, racoons and armadillos.
Port Charlotte, with its shopping mall, cinema, many restaurants and other leisure facilities is a 20 minute drive and the outlets at Ellenton 1 hour away. Tampa airport is approx. one and a half hours drive and the beautiful easy smaller airport of Fort Myers is approx. one and a quarter hours away. The Myakka recreational park is within easy driving distance.

Our Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your holiday booking this must be done in writing by e-mail at the earliest opportunity. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
More than 8 Weeks prior to arrival date, 20% Deposit only
Between 6 – 8 Weeks prior to arrival date, 50% of rental cost
Less than 6 Weeks prior to arrival date , 100% of rental cost
Security deposit: A $375 security deposit due with balance 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Any damage charge, replacement cost or fee for extraordinary cleaning to be deducted from deposit and balance refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 14 days of departure.

A pool home that has everything. The pool is exceptional, large, southeast facing which welcomes the sun in morning at stays all day long. A quiet wooded neighborhood that is great for morning walks and minutes from the Cape Haze trail. By far the cleanest home I ever stay at. Owners that are easy to contact whenever the needs arises. Minutes to all best things to do in the area. Can't wait to come back!

Home and pool and spa had us spending most of our time hanging out relaxing. Very private property. Plenty of room and all your necessities provided. When we did go out, most days it was to the nearby beach at Blind Pass. Beautiful! Weather was perfect! Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. Great restaurants in the area. We especially liked downtown Englewood with restaurants and little shops on a small walking street. Sarasota, Ft Meyers, and Venice close by. Just lovely.

This is a great spot, it's relatively private and surrounded by nature not neighbors. Large enough house to be very comfortable. Everything in the house worked well, super clean and it was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a great vacation.
