Rotonda West, White Marsh neighborhood, is within the deed-restricted Rotonda West neighborhood. It is a well-kept community with fabulous neighbors and plenty to do. There are five golf courses within the community, and a walking/biking trail that can take you all the way to the ocean. Truly SW Florida’s little slice of heaven.

: Being from Minnesota, we love a sunny spot by the pool like anyone else from those colder climates, especially during the winter months. We love hosting individuals who are looking for the same type of winter escape. We wanted to have a home in Florida that would provide us with the option to escape the cold Minnesota winters when we can. We love travelling with our three young children to spend time poolside whenever we can.

We loved the location -- in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was great to enjoy the Florida sun without constantly hearing and dealing with traffic. The house is very family friendly and the area is quite walkable. The pool and pool toys were greatly enjoyed by our grandkids. With several beaches not far away, the beach toys and supplies were great to have! Our routine was to hit the beaches in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Jenny is a great host -- she responds quickly and it's obvious that she keeps her guests top of mind with relaxing decor and needed supplies. Over the past 10 years, we have stayed in various rentals, and this one is BY FAR the best one! We hope to be back again!
