About the owner: We had been visiting Key West for more than a decade. Each time we returned, we fell more in love with the island. We finally decided we had to have a piece of this paradise! We have since added three more to our family of Key West homes!! See our other properties located in the Shipyard community of the Truman Annex. (Sunset on Southard #4764, Sunrise off Southard #4765 & Southard Breezes #4763) We have been pleasing guests since 2016 and we hope you enjoy the beautiful island and all it has to offer as much as we do.
Why this property? This home has a wonderful layout which accommodates multiple couple and families. It has a large open living area with an open kitchen/dining area. There are 2 sets of French doors opening to a large deck and beautifully landscaped private backyard making the transition to the outdoors appear seamless. There are balconies off each bedroom a front porch and deck giving this home plenty of outdoor living space. There is a reserved parking space directly in front of the home.

Excellent location. Short walk or bike ride to Duval for shops and restaurants. Outdoor patio space is large, private and perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Overall condition of the property and furnishings are top notch. Tracy was easy to work with and answered emails promptly. Definitely would rent again and recommend to friends.

Great place to stay near everything.
Beautiful condo in a great part of town. It was exactly as advertised. Wonderful. We visited the fort, beaches, pool, and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. It was Fantasy Fest week. We ate at Bagtell’s, Schooner Wharf, Two Friends Patio, Pinchers, Moon Dog Cafe & Bakery, Charlie Mac’s (Ribs were fall off the bone great). No problem not having reservations. The condo is well maintained. Security was by often. Within walking distance to nearly everything. Never once felt unsafe here. We loved this trip. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning one day.
