About the owner: We have been vacationing in Naples for 25 years and have become very fond of this condo as my parents owned it previously.
Its well located, near the beach, shops, restaurants and the new seed-to-table.
We love to come down from the North to visit a few times a year.
Why this property? The condo has a very bright feel to it due to the white tile throughout.
Additionally, what makes this condo so special is the open floor plan; its very different than most galley-like condos.

Perfect Location
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1800+ sq. ft condo with one car attached garage is located just 4 miles from Delnor Wiggins State Park beach. There are dozens of good restaurants within a few miles. It's located less than a half mile from Seed to Table, and Sam's Club. This condo complex has 88 units, about half are seasonal residents. We met lots of fun loving people to go to eat with, or hang out with down at the heated pool. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning they play Bocce on site, and everyone is welcome. Catherine and Keith, the owners are wonderful to work with. They are just a text message away if you have a question or problem. We rented this condo for January, February and March in 2019 and 2020. We fell in love with North Naples, and have purchased our own condo.

Large condo with great location
Spacious condo with large lania facing pond with fountain.Gated community.Excellent location to go to the beach and Mercato .If you play pickleball great location to play at Veterans Park.We loved it stayed for the last two years.
