About the Property
We have years of experience welcoming both vacationing & long-term guests in Myrtle Beach. We've recently decided to expand our footprints (in-the-sand) to Naples and Marco Island since we absolutely love all that southwest Florida has to offer.
Our condo is newly built (June, 2021) so we are presently in the process of furnishing it with intended availability by 12/1/2021 or sooner. This condo is wonderfully spacious at 1,980 SF, three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 8. A two-car garage will provide ample space for you. One small pet is permitted for our long-term renters for an additional security deposit and monthly fee, but you must receive authorization from us first.
The Master bedroom contains a large private bathroom with shower, garden tub and his/her closets with access to screened lanai looking directly at the pond. Our condo has blazing high-speed wireless internet (at 1.2gbps downstream) with smart TVs in each bedroom and living room. The high-speed wireless is capable of streaming video on multiple mobile devices at the same time. All new appliances including a washer and dryer appoint our condo to make staying short or long-term worry-free including for those who have the luxury of working remotely.
Our kitchen is fully stocked to bring out the chef in you. If we don't have something specific, let us know and we'll make sure to have it available for your next trip. The best part of our condos is that they are only steps from the beach.
Prior to arrival you'll receive an invite to access our electronic guest book that is mobile device friendly and we'll also send you a QR code. You'll have access to all information on the condo, inclusive of great restaurant and nightlife suggestions in-and-around the Naples area.
We've made it extremely easy for you to enjoy your vacation, staycation or even your remote employment base of operation.

About the owner: It all started when…
we decided to venture into the single-family home real estate market out west in the desert in 2012. The market was ripe for buyers, and we had a unique opportunity at the time to purchase our first investment property. This was the time of the real estate bubble that effected over half of the U.S states. At that time, housing prices peaked in early 2006 and started to decline later that year and continued throughout 2008. In 2012, the housing market reached new lows before recovery and growth the past several years.
In 2013, we then decided to try our hand within the short-term vacation rental space in both condotel-type and low-rise ocean front units directly on the beach in South Carolina.
From that point forward, our reach has expanded into our own home market of Ohio with single-family housing, inclusive of some of the best high-demand locations in both the Columbus and Dayton metro areas.
