Briarwood is a beautiful 24hr gated community only 10 minutes drive from downtown 5th avenue and the sandy beaches. It is a safe tranquil area, with streets lined with royal palm trees, beautifully landscaped, perfect for walking, running, biking.
Briarwood amenities include 2 tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, and 2 large heated community pools and children's playground.
We are very close to supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, many golf courses, shopping malls and banks.
Less than 10 minutes drive from beaches, (6 miles) and beautiful downtown Naples
Marco island, Sanibel, Captiva and the Everglades are within 1 hours drive.

french wife Cathy and I moved to France in 1992. We are presently living near Cannes in southern France when not in Florida.
Why this property? In comparing other parts of florida we have visited or lived in, we are impressed
with the beauty and quality of life in the Naples area. The Briarwood community permitted us to share with others on a weekly or monthly basis this gorgeous community and city.

Briarwood Home is Close to everything in Naples. We have stayed downtown for years and renting a Home from Flynn's was painless. They were very helpful and organized in keeping us informed
