Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pristine house that was built in 2008. House includes a heated pool with a fenced in yard and pool side gas grill. Parking for 2 cars inside garage. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, queen sized bed in the other 2 bedrooms. Spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Lanai screen off the great room which leads to heated pool. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach towels and chairs included for your beach experience along with 3 bicycles free for use. Very close to vanderbilt beach and delnor wiggins state park beach, some of the best beaches in the country. Very luxurious golf courses also close by. Very close to mercato shopping center which has brio, bravo, flemings, capital grill, and whole foods. Naples zoo, botanical gardens, waterside shops and naples fifth avenue close by with high end stores such as nordstrom, saks, gucci, and more. Beaches are only 1300-1400 feet away. You can ride to the beach in bicycles in 5 mins. There are 4 bicycles in the garage. There are 3 beautiful beaches where you can walk for miles. All new tile just installed in the 3 bedrooms and family room Pool was installed in 2016.

The house was great was in wonderful condition having been renovated very recently. We arrived very late and met the owner the next morning. The house was a great layout for us and our dog. Large rooms that were well laid out and very comfortable. The backyard pool was clean and the pool and yard was private. We were in it often and I was glad it was heated for the weather was a bit inhospitable the first couple of weeks of our 8 week stay. The owner and his staff were very attentive to our requests for attending to the minor issues like replacing light bulbs and dealing with the cable company. He was great throughout our 8 week stay. All in all we had a terrific vacation.

Home was well appointed and near the beach. I hope I can return and stay longer Location is near restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to Ft Myers airport.

The owner has everything set for a fun family vacation. Bike to the beach or stay in the backyard by the beautiful new pool. One of our guest is physically handicapped and she had no problems getting around the spacious home. We had a fun and relaxing vacation and look forward to returning next year. I highly recommend this property if you are looking in the Naples area.
