Stay in our comfortable and luxurious 2-bedroom condo while vacationing in beautiful Naples, Florida. Our condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing guests with a stunning living experience with easy and secure access to your vehicle and resort amenities.
This 1,306 sq. ft. condo, comfortably sleeps four, providing a luxury home feel. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and large executive master en-suite bath complete with separate jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms provide plenty of closet, drawer and closet space.
This condo unit is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home, including air conditioning and heating, linens/towels and washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got internet, cable, with large screen TVs and a Sony Play station for the kids.
The living space opens up to a spacious and well stocked kitchen. This open concept continues onto a seating area for your dining comfort. Slide open the doors to the relaxing, screened-in lanai perfect for reading, napping, dining or enjoying views of the tennis courts.
The unit is located in a great location in the complex just seconds to the resort amenities including beautiful pools, gym and Blue Water Grille.
WHAT THE RESORT OFFERS: 5,000 sq. ft outdoor pool area with a tropical waterfall, a separate adult area with a pool and a lap pool, two spas and sundecks as well as a lazy river complete with floating tubes. There is a small children’s playground, 6 Har-Tru (green clay) tennis courts, an incredible spa and fitness centre and the Marina’s Ship Store where you can rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles.

While there is a small park area located next to the pool area there are two GREAT area parks. The closest is Cambier park, a lovely park located right in the heart of downtown Naples, just South of the prestigious 5th Avenue South. The second local park is Fleischmann park. This park sits on 15 acres of lush green landscaping and is located just South of Coastland Center Mall on Fleischmann Blvd at Goodlette-Frank Road.
Naples Zoo at Carribean Gardens is a 5 minute drive away as well.

The Cheesecake Factory, our personal favorite is a 10 minute ride up 41.
For burgers, Brooks Burgers at 9th South and Tamiami is a must.
Bleu Provence for French cuisine and Campiello for Italian, both pricier options located in the Third Street South area. Also enjoy BRAVO Cucina at Naples north end Mercato for Italian.

This condo was outstanding and had great amenities and nearby attractions. The location was great. We were right by 5th Avenue and other top attractions in Naples. Your private parking space is right in front of the unit. The resort has a large fitness area and a area to eat by the pool. The resort pool and lazy river was outstanding and there was an adult part of it too. We were able to spend all day in the pool due to its close proximity. The beauty of the area was over the top and we loved being able to relax and see so many things. The condo had two great bedrooms with a jaw dropping master bathroom. If you are a serious cook then you would love the kitchen. The condo had many essential kitchen accessories and the closet in the 2nd bedroom had everything you would need for a day at the beach. There was a great sofa bed where you could watch so many great channels. The outdoor sitting area had a view of the tennis court and we loved watching people play all day. The close proximity to the tennis court did not ruin the quietness as every moment there was nice and quiet. We felt safe and could walk around with peace in mind. There was a large gate that opened to many parking spaces and then your condo. Everything was nearby and we truly had an amazing time. When you are here you can forget about all your worries and just relax. The owners are great people and will help make sure you understand everything about the condo and its surrounding area. We will recommend this condo to many people because we know how great of a spot it is to relax. This condo beat our expectations and was very clean and cared for. We hope to visit again soon!

First of all the condo has everything you need in the kitchen.. All dishes, pots,pans, cooking tools and implements if you are a serious cook. I left a few gadgets behind to add to the mix. The pools and the clubhouse are immediatly adjacent to the unit. The clubhouse has a top work out room and a bar when it is 5pm somewhere in the world. On a few cool nights I would have liked to open windows for cross ventilation instead of A/C. Even though it is a first floor unit it is in a gated community and I felt safe enough to open windows if I was able. We did not use the amenities of the resort as much as we should have but they are there. I will stay there again if it is available when we want to visit Naples.

John H.Tremendous Condo in Luxury Resort
We stayed here for a week after Christmas and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious (I believe the 1,100 sq foot description), in terrific shape and located right next to six beautiful clay tennis courts at the resort and the adult pool area. The resort is also really close to everything you’d want to explore in Naples and covered car port parking is right outside of the unit. The fitness center at the resort is also top notch and includes Peloton bikes so bring your special shoes! The other amazing thing is that the owners have anticipated every conceivable need — from kitchen necessities to bathroom needs to washer and dryer needs to electronic fun (PS3 and DVDs). The master bathroom is great too with a large tub and nice stand up marble separate shower. The only things that could potentially be improved is the WiFi which is on the slow side (approx 6-7 Mpbs / sec) and perhaps adding a keurig machine (there is a traditional drip coffee machine now), but these are small points. The only thing I would also add is that the beds are larger than in most rentals (King in master and queen in the second bedroom) which is great, but the mattresses are on the softer side of the ledger (especially in the master) so if you are used to a firm to very firm mattresses you will not find that here (this is all personal preference of course but something to consider). The resort where the condo is located is beautiful and a great place to explore. In addition to the fitness center, multiple pool areas (including adult only pool and hot tub), and the six clay tennis courts, there is even a lazy river! Lots of fun things to do without ever leaving the resort and also great shopping and dining less than 10 minute drive away. Finally, owners are very responsive if you text or email them with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We are so happy we rented this condominium! Everything was meticulously organized and clean. We had room to spread out, cook meals and relax. We loved the family pool and amenities as well as the Adult Only pool and hot tub.the workout room was great as was the SPA. Definitely would stay again!!!
