About the Property
The unit is an end unit on the top floor of a four story building. It is accessible via elevator in the center of the building, or stairs on either end of the 32 unit condominium. It is unique in that it has vaulted ceilings only available on units located on the top floor, and privacy the protected natural preserve beyond; it provides for a beautiful view.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a master bath which has a double sink and a large stall shower. This two bedroom two bath unit has fans in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and lanai to accompany the central air conditioning thus ensuring maximum comfort. No other unit in the entire complex has as many fans.
Televisions are located in each bedroom and a 42'' LED flat-screen television with DVR service available in the living room. The cable service provides a wide array of programs for the occupant's viewing pleasure. (Please note: All televisions will be upgraded prior to January 2020.)
Included are the conveniences of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and telephone. (Outgoing telephone calls are limited to the United States and Canada.)

Area Information
Although located in a private area of the Lely Resort Community, the Coral Falls subdivision is within walking distance of several restaurants, i.e. steak houses, fast food chains, breakfast/ lunch spots, and grocery stores. A national hardware store and an arts & crafts store are also within walking distance.
Very few areas in Florida can match the beauty of Naples and especially that of the Lely community. Thousands of palm trees line the roads and the lawns have beautifully arranged shrubbery and flowers. At the two main entrances to the Lely complex, visitors are greeted by several beautifully sculptured mustang horses appearing to gallop in the beautiful landscaping which is higlly manicured year round! Absolutely magnificent! First time visitors are always very impressed with what they experience and, as a result, many desire to choose the Lely community for their vacation destination - again and again!

Want a beautiful area to walk or jog any time of day? Just step out the door! Jog or walk to your heart's content! To the right head toward the shopping area where grocery stores, various shops and restaurants are located, or go left and enjoy the beautiful landscaping our Lely community has to offer. The streets are lined with palm trees, shrubbery, and flowers. The beauty of Naples is hard to match anywhere!
Eagle Lakes Park is approximately one mile away from Coral Falls Resort. Walk or jog the paved trail around the pond and enjoy the views, the variety of birds, and maybe an alligator or two off in the distance.

Contracts:
Contracts are written for two occupants. The fee for third and fourth occupants is $7 per night per person.
Renter Information Form:
Renter must complete a "Renter Information Form" including the names and phone numbers of two English speaking non relative references. A current government issued photo ID must also be included.
Payment Schedule:
Half of the total remittance is due with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Overnight guests:
The fee for planned or spontaneous over night guests is $7 per night per person. Prior to the renter's departure, the renter agrees to report to the owner all overnight occupants and their total night's stay. Fees not previously collected will be deducted from the security deposit refund.
Sublet Property:
This property may NOT be sublet or transferred to any other party.
Monthly Rate:
“Monthly Rate" refers to a “calendar month,” not a number of nights in the month. For example February has 28 or 29 days and the full monthly rate would apply. Additional nights added for March, if any, will be charged at March’s nightly rate.
Handicapped Occupants:
Mobility equipment for handicapped occupants, i.e. canes, crutches, and walkers are acceptable. The unit is not conducive for the use of personal motorized vehicles or wheel chairs.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Deposits will be refunded to the extent the owner can re-rent the unit for the same contracted time period and rate. A $200 cancellation transaction fee will be deducted from the refund for each month rented or partial month rented..

So Relaxing
We thank Roger & Sandy for the use of their beautiful condo. We so enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee in the morning. The view from the 4 th floor was so nice, even saw 2 baby deer roaming around. Loved the pool which was warm all the time. We would love to come back again.

Great experience

This is the place to stay if you are visiting the Naples area,,this is a beautiful condo with all the comforts of & my wife spent a week here,close to many restaurants stores & mostly anything you need whilst on vacation,,Roger & his wife are awsome to deal with would come back again.

Fully furnished condo with pool access
This fully furnished condo is close to restaurants, stores, and short drive to Marco Island & it's beaches. The pool access and outdoor grills are a short walk. We actually seen the deer in the pictures which speaks to it's peacefulness. The owners were easy to work with in setting up our vacation stay, which was way better than a hotel chain experience. A vacation home away from home!
