This completely renovated bungalow, in the sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, with top-of-the-line finishes is sure to amaze!!! There is plenty of room for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa.
The covered, screened lanai has comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, flat screened tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.
The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. The large laundry room has a new front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is a new (2021) whole-house water filtration system.
The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer.
The master bedroom boasts a new split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with plenty of storage.
This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, a kids bike trailer, beach cart, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.
Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owners approval prior to booking.

About the owner: My husband David and I are from a Chicago, IL suburb and we are parents to 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren (so far). We didn't travel much when our kids were young, but we started to travel a bit after our youngest went off to college. We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a several years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. My husband is nearing retirement and we hope to spend even more time in Florida, so we decided to start looking for our own piece of paradise!
Why this property? We found this remodeled bungalow that is less than a mile from the beach and purchased it in October 2020. We loved the flow of this property from the inside living area to the outside lanai. We set it up to accommodate either families, several couples, or multi-generation families. We love the beautifully landscaped private backyard oasis.

The home was set up perfect for the beach , cooking and entertaining The pool and spa were perfect temperature and very easy to use with everything that was provided to us with instructions. ElizabethRuth’s place was wonderful. We love the location and quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful, clean, so accommodating it feels like home, and we enjoyed caring for it as if it were our home while there. My husband and I enjoyed time at the pool as well. The host provided a lot of detailed information at the house and was always available and supportive. There are a few things we wish we would have known prior to rental that we’re sharing here as a courtesy to future guests:-You will be required to speak with the host on the phone when you first rent on air bnb -You will be required to sign a contract with the host -A $500 security deposit will be taken from you upon rental -The king size bed is actually 2 separate mattresses, not a king size mattressWe truly enjoyed our time here and recommend to others!

The 1st thing I noticed upon entry was the layout. It was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large with ample closet space. The kitchen and family rooms were bright and well decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed from appliances to cookware to glassware and tableware. The appliances were great. I was able to prepare any type of meal. The lanai was furnished and allowed me to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in total comfort. The pool and spa were clear and warm. I loved having a grill to cook on. The area was quiet and walking or biking distance to the Gulf. Grocery stores and restaurants were an easy drive. I can’t wait to go back.

We had never been to Naples before but have a number of friends there and decided to rent a house. We rented this property on 106th in North Naples and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house itself is absolutely fantastic, everything you need to enjoy your stay, they have it. My daughter's came down and worked from there and absolutely loved the setup. The absolute best is the yard and pool area. We spent our entire stay outside at the pool, hot tub and gathering area. It was absolutely incredible and we made memories there that we will cherish forever. In addition, we were close to Vanderbilt Beach and all the amenities you need. Restaurants and stores are all close by. If you are thinking of renting a house in Naples, this is the place.

KristinWe had a great week at this house! We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. We enjoyed a nice break from the cold weather of the Northeast and enjoyed having a private pool and hot tub right in the back yard. Due to the recent hurricane and the construction in the neighborhood, we felt a little limited in what we could do in the area. We never took the bikes out or made a trip to the beach but it's really nice to have those things available. We will definitely consider traveling back sometime in the future and I would highly recommend this house to family and friends.

JamesI have been renting houses since 1990. This house was absolutely perfect. It had every thing that you would need for your vacation. The house is very well-maintained with a great gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you would need. The pool and lanai is perfect and the landscaping is some of the best Landscaping I’ve ever seen in a rental. Had a high end resort like vibe. The house is very close to the beaches, and the drive to the popular mercato is less than 5 minutes away. It’s also less than a 15 minute drive to downtown fifth Avenue. Absolutely perfect location to experience Naples Florida at its best. The design of the interior of the house is updated and tastefully done. Ruth was a very proactive host, and always quick to respond if had any questions, and she offered some great suggestions. It’s obvious that she takes her business of renting, very seriously, and she’s a true professional. I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking to visit Naples Florida.

Kimberley C.This beautifully decorated home is in the perfect location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. We walked to the beach for sunrise and sunsets but spent our days by the amazing pool. The Spa is great even though we only used it once. The weather was so beautifully warm, even in the evening but we imagine it would feel fantastic in cooler months. You could just use it at pool temp for the jets if you wanted. We spent most of our time outside in the lanai area which is the major reason we chose this property. Outdoor lounge seating, dining table, chaise lounges and the pool. No need to be inside other than to sleep. Backyard is surrounded by lush gardens and fencing offers wonderful privacy. The house is very tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need including all beach items with a cart to transport. Communication with Ruth was great. We didn't need anything other than some area advice and she was quick to assist. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

CollinRuth provided absolutely everything for an excellent family vacation! We had a great time and the house was just perfect. Our kids loved the board games, so much so that we are going to be purchasing some of them back home. The pool with the cage over it was absolutely top notch, it kept all the little critters at bay and kept the pool clean. The pass for the state park beach was so convenient, we could drive there in >2 minutes and park right next to the beach for very minimal schlepping. The pool toys, beach toys, games, tons of beach towels, beach gear, bikes, extremely well stocked kitchen- everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this house!

Michelle CourtneyMy family and I stayed at Ruth's for a week, and we couldn't have been happier. Their attention to detail made our stay more than comfortable and easy with two small children. Especially when it came to cooking! They have stocked the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor (extremely clean) gas grill made each meal a breeze. Additionally, our kids loved playing in the pool with the multiple pool toys stocked in the garage. While we didn't use the bikes to get to the beach, we loved the proximity to get there as well as the state pass park. The location to other things like grocery stores & restaurants was perfect as well. We have stayed in multiple locations around Naples, and this is by far the best!
