This first floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the heart of the Moorings neighborhood of Naples, just west of Route 41. Minutes to the Gulf of America and all downtown Naples has to offer. Everything is quickly accessible by foot, bike, or car, as well as sidewalks to the beach and Venetian Village. There is an adult bike and children's bike available for your use.
The outdoor space includes a large pool and hot tub steps from your door, as well as outdoor seating, a grill space, and chickee hut. The condo is situated aback from the pool area, providing a more private and quiet courtyard view.
The indoor space features an oversized comfy sectional in the living room, a recently renovated kitchen, and a large lanai on the first floor with a teak wood table that seats 4, and comfy wicker furnishings including a rocker and chair with chaise lounge.
There are new mattresses and walk in closets in each room, as well as a recently updated kitchen, and new flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, including a blender, rice maker, toaster, and reverse osmosis water for your use. The living room features an oversized sectional sofa. Beach equipment and towels are provided. There is an optional Moorings private beach pass available for stays of 90 days or more.
The HOA requires an application and fee ($100) and background check ($40 per person).
The condo is 1.2 miles to the Gulf of America, and just over a mile to the beach, both which can be accessed by sidewalk. Downtown 5th Ave shopping is about an 8-minute drive. Mr. Big Fish, Swan River Seafood, and Blueberries are great restaurants about a 5-minute drive away. Naples Zoo, Publix are also about 5 minutes away.
