Rental includes golf membership transfer! Enjoy the championship 18-hole golf course, tennis, bocce, fitness center, billiards, restaurant, and more. Regular social events scheduled to add to your excitement during your stay.
With the oversized patio doors that open up into each other you are able to make the outside feel like part of the home. The house is facing south giving the pool sun from sunrise to sunset providing the perfect home to enjoy time relaxing in the sun or under the patio. The new outdoor ceiling fans will keep you cool while you enjoy spending time with your loved ones.
House includes outdoor grill for cooking while you enjoy the weather and relaxing after a day of golf. We also have new beach chairs to take for your fun day on Naples beach just a few minutes from the house.
Brand new high end Samsung appliances in 2021 provide the perfect kitchen for entertaining. The new 85” smart TV is great for relaxing evenings with family and friends.
Inside the home you will enjoy all brand new furniture and flooring. The master bedroom has a large king bed with it's own sliding door out to the pool. For late nights you can enjoy a movie on the 65" smart TV. The master bath has two sinks, a walk-in closet, soaking tub, large standing shower and water closet.
The second bedroom also has a new king bed with a 55" smart TV for relaxing in your room. Plenty of closet space and dresser drawers provide a second suite for guests.
In the third bedroom, which can also be used as an office or den, you have a new pull out couch with a queen bed. This flexible space can be setup as a bedroom and/or used as an office. The standing desk and 32" monitor allow you to get caught up on emails or use the webcam for a video conference while you are away. The room also has a 55" Smart TV.

Five miles to the restaurants and shopping on Fifth Ave in downtown Naples. Enjoy waking up to a golf course view while relaxing on the new patio by the brand new heated salt water pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating inside and outside to enjoy your surroundings. Lay on one of the six lounge chairs including two that go on the sun shelf so you can soak up the sun while cooling in the water. A true paradise awaits you and your family and friends.
One mile from Publix grocery store so grab some food and cook it on the brand new outdoor grill or with the new appliances.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing
Cleaning fee includes deep disinfecting of the property and making sure all linens are cleaned and ready for your visit.
Golf Transfer fee of $250 is included in your rental price. This provides full use of the country club including Golf, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Restaurant, Bar, Fitness Center, and other amazing amenities. You will also be able to purchase a sticker for your car or rental car to get in and out of the gate for $5 from clubhouse.
20% of rental due upon signing lease to hold rental. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the start of the lease and 50% refundable up to 60 days start of the lease.

Our tenants will pay the membership rate which is $64.00 for 18-holes including cart. It is $41 to play 9 holes.

Clean, updated, spacious, organized in a fantastic Golf & CC location. This home hits on all cylinders. The owners were phenomenal from booking to check out! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a destination, beach stay. The extremely large lanai space is so well appointed with a beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, ample chaise lounges. Outdoor dining and extra seating space on the lanai made for relaxing early morning sunrises and late-night meals and sips. The Country Club amenities were outstanding, the access to the beautiful 18-hole golf course was a treat, Running/walking around the club walks is fantastic or a quick stop at the large fitness club to join a class or enjoy a workout on your own is a plus. Easy access to your fav spots on 5th and 3rd in Naples makes this location highly desirable. Grocery shopping and additional great dining options are a stone's throw from the club. We have been renting in the Naples area for many years and this house by far checks all our boxes and then some and is our favorite by far. We look forward to calling this "home" in Naples for future stays and enjoy making more memories in our favorite spot for years to come.

We loved this house, and our time here was excellent. The owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay delightful. The pool, hot tub and lanai are beautiful and there is an amazing view of the manicured first fairway. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for watching the football playoffs and movies, and the sound system was top notch. The kitchen supplies were extremely well organized, and the appliances were top rate. The bedrooms were spacious, and beds were very comfortable. It was very convenient to have an adjustable height desk and a large monitor to use. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and more. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to the clubhouse, the putting green and the pro shop. We found the people in the community to be extremely friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning next year!
