This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow up to 14 days for processing
Cleaning fee includes deep disinfecting of the property and making sure all linens are cleaned and ready for your visit.
The Golf Transfer fee of $450 provides full use of the country club including Golf, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Restaurant, Bar, Fitness Center, and other amazing amenities. You will also be able to purchase a sticker for your car or rental car to get in and out of the gate for $5 from clubhouse.
There is a $2000 payment due upon signing lease to hold rental. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the start of the lease. The remainder of the payment including rent, cleaning, membership transfer, taxes, and pool heating (if selected) are due 90 days prior to lease start.
Refundable Security Deposit: $2000. We take this in a separate check and do not deposit unless needed.

We had a fabulous stay at this rental! The most important aspect was the attentiveness of the owners - our questions were answered via e-mail with an extremely quick turn-around!Indoors was nicely decorated. All the kitchen/laundry room appliances are top-of-the-line, and user-friendly. There's a huge abundance of towels, and super comfortable beds with a numerous choice of pillows. GREAT water pressure in the ensuite shower and everything clearly labelled, so there's no guess work about which switches work for fans/lights/etc.Outside there is lots of furniture around the pool to enjoy time in the sun and the sitting/eating areas are shaded, so you get the best of both worlds! The view out to the golf course is peaceful and calming as you enjoy watching the golfers work their game!If you're a "beach-goer", there's everything that you can think of at your disposal: top-quality beach chairs, tote bags with cooler areas in the bottoms (freezer packs at your disposal), umbrellas, and beach mats.If you love walking, there are sidewalks along the main streets, and you can walk for miles!We would not hesitate to re-book this rental !!!!!!

We wanted a house with a private pool and spa in an active golf community and we found it here! The house was clean, updated, comfortable, and bright with an open floor plan.The outdoor living space had a covered eating area along with covered seating looking out at the pool and spa. Plenty of space to bask in the sun or simply enjoy the weather.The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses for indoor and outdoor use. The coffee/latte maker was a treat! We enjoyed using the grill. There are beach towels, chairs, and bags to use for a beach outing.We loved the layout of the house. Our kids came for their spring break and we had plenty of room. I don't think anything could have been added to make our stay better.The community itself is well-maintained and the people we met were friendly.We enjoyed the golf course which was well-maintained. We did not get a chance to use the bocce courts but they looked good.The proximity to Publix, restaurants, nail salons, and 5th Avenue is great. Only a few miles to 5th Avenue.We also enjoyed Celebration Park where they have food trucks and live music most nights.The Hosts for this house were very responsive! We did not have any issues, only questions and they were quick to respond which was appreciated.We're looking forward to coming back!

Clean, updated, spacious, organized in a fantastic Golf & CC location. This home hits on all cylinders. The owners were phenomenal from booking to check out! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a destination, beach stay. The extremely large lanai space is so well appointed with a beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, ample chaise lounges. Outdoor dining and extra seating space on the lanai made for relaxing early morning sunrises and late-night meals and sips. The Country Club amenities were outstanding, the access to the beautiful 18-hole golf course was a treat, Running/walking around the club walks is fantastic or a quick stop at the large fitness club to join a class or enjoy a workout on your own is a plus. Easy access to your fav spots on 5th and 3rd in Naples makes this location highly desirable. Grocery shopping and additional great dining options are a stone's throw from the club. We have been renting in the Naples area for many years and this house by far checks all our boxes and then some and is our favorite by far. We look forward to calling this "home" in Naples for future stays and enjoy making more memories in our favorite spot for years to come.

We loved this house, and our time here was excellent. The owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay delightful. The pool, hot tub and lanai are beautiful and there is an amazing view of the manicured first fairway. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for watching the football playoffs and movies, and the sound system was top notch. The kitchen supplies were extremely well organized, and the appliances were top rate. The bedrooms were spacious, and beds were very comfortable. It was very convenient to have an adjustable height desk and a large monitor to use. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and more. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to the clubhouse, the putting green and the pro shop. We found the people in the community to be extremely friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning next year!
