Welcome to Naples Paradise! Our Tropical Villa has been recently renovated & stylishly decorated, it is located in the quiet and safe area and only 5-minute drive to 5th ave Downtown, 10 minutes to the 3rd ave and about 10 minutes to the nearest beach.
Villa features a spa-like master suite, a large heated pool, a new pool patio with the outdoor dining table, cabana, four lounge chairs & umbrellas, new grill, and fully private tropical shower. Fully stocked kitchen, free parking, washer & dryer, and all the necessary beach gear.
Villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests, plus 2 in the Sun Room/Den, and 2 more people can be accommodated upon request and hosts' approval. An outdoor shower and restroom within the outdoor tropical cabana serve as the full third bathroom.

About the owner: I came to Naples in December of 2020 and absolutely fell in love with the area and what it has to offer - gorgeous beaches, beautiful weather, great restaurants, fishing, golf courses and so much more! Hospitality has been a huge part of my life and when I discovered Naples I knew this is where I would like to build a paradise for my friends & family to enjoy.
Why this property? This Villa will not be available for rent for long time as it's been purchased & designed for friends & family but for now its doors are open to other travelers to enjoy it as well.
