Other things to note
This property features beautiful mango trees that add natural charm and shade to the backyard. During mango season (typically a couple of months each year), leaves may fall more frequently and can blow into the pool on windy days. We provide professional pool service twice a week (Monday & Friday) and regular gardening visits, but leaves may still be visible between cleanings.

If the sight of leaves on the ground or in the pool may bother you, this property might not be the right fit. Guests are welcome to use the rake provided for quick touch-ups if desired. Thank you for understanding this is part of Florida’s tropical beauty!

Cancellation Policy

Under the Moderate Airbnb policy:

Full refund if canceled at least 5 days before check-in

If canceled less than 5 days before arrival, unused nights are refunded, but the first night and Airbnb service fee are non-refundable

We cannot issue refunds for reasons such as incorrect bookings, change of plans, weather, medical issues, flight delays, or other personal circumstances. Thank you for understanding.

It’s a beachside, windy area leaves may occasionally fall into the pool or patio. Pool cleaning occurs twice a week (Monday & Friday).
