Three Guests per Apartment, maximum.
Deposit of $650 due at booking and will serve as Security Deposit during stay. 1st month's rent (and 1 additional month's rent due if Guest reserves unit for multiple months) on or before contract start date. Deposit is 100% refundable (less cleaning fee) if no damage on departure.
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, Direct Deposit, or Check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date there is a $300 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date there is a $400 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival there is a $500 cancellation fee.

A short 5-minute drive to the world famous Fort Lauderdale beach or take the FREE LauderGO! Community Shuttle to the beach and/or downtown Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas area) where you will find an abundance of retail stores and restaurants.
