Fantastic unit with a fantastic view

We recently returned from renting this unit at the Chateauxin Indian Shores Fla. and immediately booked next year. The view off the deck is fantastic and the unit serves our needs perfectly. I must also say that the air conditioning makes it extremely comfortable no matter how warm it is out there, so there is an escape in case it gets too hot. The laundry is directly across from the front door which makes it very convenient and the fact that it’s on the first floor also gives you direct access to the ground floor, the pool, and the beach. Bottom line? We loved it and you will too.

Awesome

Rented this condo for a week. Ocean front, amazing sunsets & ready to come back. Someone beat me to the week we wanted. Clean, the laundry is right across the hall from the condo which made it nice. The bed was so comfortable ,extra pillows, huge closet with plenty of hangers . Loved the water pressure in the shower. Ate breakfast on the balcony every morning . Terri was so amazing to work with. You can't go wrong with the condo.. We really liked the fact that you had the same parking place every day... Can't beat the fact that you go down to the garage area and go out the gate to the beautiful , beautiful beach !!!!! Thank you Terri for such an amazing condo that makes you feel right at home :)

Great place to stay

Me and my husband stayed the middle of May this year. We loved it!! Very clean and nice had everything we needed and more!! We thought we needed beach chairs so we bought some but then found the closet full of anything you could need while at the beach. Just wish the walls were a little thicker we had a lot of noise above us and across from us by the bedroom. Other than that it was great!!

Perfect!

My husband and I needed a break from the insanity, and decided a beach vacation was the ticket. We wanted somewhere right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and this place was perfect. We booked with ease through Florida Rentals, and while we arrived after hours, the check-in was super easy. The condo is on the end of the building, so we never had to take the elevator. We just walked up one flight of stairs, and there we were. It was well-appointed and SO CLEAN! I have never seen a refrigerator as spotless as this one. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. we could ever need. There were a couple of dishwasher tablets for us to use and paper towels and roll of toilet paper to get us through the first couple of days.The king-sized bed was super comfy and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets if we needed them. The big closet held beach chairs, a beach umbrella, noodles, fishing equipment, and beach toys for us to use as we wanted. We loved the recliners in the family room.Every day, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the balcony and walked out on the beach to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the wide, clean beach and even found a few shells.The location of the condo is perfect and we would definitely come back again!

Vacation 2019

Loved this unit location and the view of the beach especially the breathtaking sunsets. Condo was super clean and contained everything we needed.. even a fan for sleeping noise. Booking was easy. Will definitely come back.

We wish we didn't have to leave!

Wow, we are in love with Chateau 101! From the minute we walked through the door and saw the stunning view from the double balcony we were in love! Theresa was so helpful to us in the booking process, and has given Chateau 101 all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need (we pretty much ate all our meals in, because we didn't want to leave the view). The king-sized bed was super comfy. The balcony overlooks the pool so we could sneak in when it wasn't being used. Chateau is close to groceries, fun things to do, beautiful parks to hike, and most importantly, the ocean just outside the door. Oh, and be sure to visit the bird sanctuary less than a mile down the road. Thank you so much Theresa! We sure hope we can come back soon!

BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS

The Chateau is located in the center of Indian Shores with nice restaurants close by. The sunsets from the veranda are amazing..The traffic on Gulf Blvd is not bad most of the time. Very nice beach and has recently been refurbished ..also not crowded as some vacation resorts. Been vacationing here for 8 years and can't wait to return. If one likes shopping, there are several nice malls nearby..also grocery stores in short distance from every condo on Gulf Blvd..Enjoy..

Great View

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a 30th anniversary trip. Everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves roll onto the shore. The sunsets were gorgeous.

Perfect Location

We did not want to leave this property. The view was spectacular. The amenities were just like being at home. Enjoyed the pool as well as the gulf. Beach chairs, patio chairs, cushions, etc. Being on the first floor (garage on first, so this is second floor), we were able to use the stairs or elevator. We discovered many new restaurants in the area. JD's is our favorite. We come to this area every Fall and we will definitely rent this unit again. Both the owner and the Florida Rentals were extremely accommodating.

Lovely Getaway

We loved our stay in condo access to the beach, close to shopping and good restaurants. The bed was super comfy and large, plenty of towels and starter toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I would recommend the owner purchase a better coffee maker. I think just about anyone who uses a "Mr. Coffee" type of coffee maker expects them to shut off after a pre-set amount of time. This one didn't and about 5 hours later we realized it was still on!!! Can you say fire hazard? The condo was nicely furnished and we especially enjoyed...actually we LOVED the lounger chairs on the lanai. What a nice treat. The large lanai was super. If they sun was in the back you could move the chairs around to the shady side of the lanai and enjoy a wonderful breeze. We had to supply our own beach towels and that was ok with us as we live in Florida and drive to the beach, but if you're flying in it could be a bit of a problem. Don't want to use that valuable packing space to towels. Overall we so enjoyed our week of toes in the sand and would rent this condo, again.
