This is a beautiful and inviting condo, family owned for over 30 years, in the hidden treasure that is Indian Shores, FL. On a barrier Island, the condo is right across the street from a pristine beach that must be seen to be believed, with private beach access.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king master suite, with the guest room containing a queen and a twin mattress, and very comfortable sofa and love seat in the living room with motorized recline features.

In unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze, and great wifi and Roku Smart TV's throughout make it good for nights in as well.

A spacious pool, deck, and hot tub are on the property, with a fishing dock into the intracoastal waterway that is directly behind the property.

This location is absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, with lots of great nearby attractions such as restaurants, parks, mini golf, and water sports.

As a bonus, it is a short drive from the airports, the cities of Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater, and the Busch Gardens Amusement Park and Water Park, as well as only 2 hours away from Orlando and its Disney, Universal Studios, and other parks.

About the owner: This condo has been family owned and managed since the building was first built, and many of our renters have been renting for a decade or more. The family is from Boston, originally, though we now reside in VA.

Why this property? This location is truly an amazing spot. On a small natural barrier island, it has easy access to big city amenities while itself being private, quiet, and relaxing. This makes it uniquely suited for both families (though there is never a raucous here) and those really looking to relax and disconnect.
