About the owner: This condo has been family owned and managed since the building was first built, and many of our renters have been renting for a decade or more. The family is from Boston, originally, though we now reside in VA.
Why this property? This location is truly an amazing spot. On a small natural barrier island, it has easy access to big city amenities while itself being private, quiet, and relaxing. This makes it uniquely suited for both families (though there is never a raucous here) and those really looking to relax and disconnect.
