The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort. Best of all, many owners in the complex do not rent their unit so the complex usually is not crowded. Quite often, you could be the only one in the pool.

About the owner: A true beach lover. It's so relaxing to listen to the waves and so much fun to walk and search for shells.
Why this property? The building is on the beach. However the view of this unit does not directly face the gulf; it has a waterview of the intercoastal. You will save at least 15% by walking around the building to see the gulf.

This unit has only a 4Nt minimum EXCEPT Feb & March and holiday weeks. A 7Nt minimum is required during high season and holiday weeks.
