Great!Unit #207: nice quiet location across the street from the beach. Very clean unit and well stocked with everything you need. They even provide beach chairs! The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. It was nice to sit by the pool and watch the boats go by as this condo complex sits on the intra coastal. Great stay, I would definitely stay here again .

Great except for TV setup and dust under beds and bureaus. Kitchen is well equipped. Good showers. Bedding, towels and linens were good. View is second floor overlooking lawn.

Great location

Your renovated home was perfectly localed near Beach. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms is perfect for a family of four. Our kids appreciated the tennis courts and mini golf nearby.

Everything was awesome, we love it

Before the hurricane hit Ft Myers last year , we had been going there once / year. Then we thought we’d look a little further up the coast and found a great deal in Indian Rocks beach at the holiday inn This year by chance contacted F Sun about staying at Bay Shores. It turned out just perfect for what we were looking for - close to beach, restaurant s, other towns, church, grocery, etc.... fishing off the pier was a nice surprise ( caught fish same time watching dolphins swim by!). Looking forward to hopefully booking for next year Thank you again

Bayshore Yacht Club - 207

This was probably one of the best vacations our family has had in quite a while. The accommodations were just great and the proximity to John's Pass was absolutely wonderful. There was so much to do and only a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach area that was not crowded. If you need drinks, a deli is nearby with ice available. The kitchen had so much to offer that we decided to cook our catch from fishing in back of the Yacht Club-fishing poles were in the condo. Plenty of redfish and down the road is Nockners Seafood which we purchased Cedar Key clams and had a really good dinner. The barbeques on the pool deck were also nice to have, if you wanted to cook outside. You can relax when you are enjoying the scenery and best restaurants were Caddy's down by John's Pass, the Conch Republic, and coffee bar nearby within walking distance with quiches and muffins. If you are out for an adventure, try Exploration Cruise at John's Pass. We will be back soon! Thanks for the excellent hospitality and you have just about everything needed for a great trip.

Nice Location

We loved the condo and the location. It had a partial view of the Bay and pool. Was a quick walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Loved that the condo had beach chairs, coolers and beach towels that could be used. Would definitely recommend and return.

Exceptional condo

We had a fantastic time in Indian Shores. The condo was extremely clean with updated furniture, kitchen and beach amenities. The complex and pool area were extremely well-kept. The short walk across the street to the beach was very easy with the backpack type beach chairs with built-in coolers. We will definitely come back for future stays.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice 2-bedroom, 2-full bath, condo in Indian Shores. Within walking distance of some very nice restaurants, a unique cubby of a coffee and danish shop, a pizza/calzone restaurant just up the street, and a quick walk across the street to a long,sandy beach on the Gulf. Clearwater, St Pete and Tampa are just a short drive away. And to relax, you can also simply walk downstairs to a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. We've booked already for next January!

Lovely condo close to the beach

We loved our stay in this condo at Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Club! The condo was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you could need. The balcony was awesome and a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. Cool watching the dolphins. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - pool never got too crowded, and the grills were nice to have. Very easy walk to the beach and also to restaurants and shops. My husband and kids fished off the docks and had a great time. Would love to come back!

Great Condo in a great Location

The photos and title does not lie. This condo is completely renovated and Modern. The two bedroom unit is finished with upscale materials and colors. The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware serving ware and appliances. We appreciated the addition of hand soap and startup paper towels and Tissue in the bathrooms too. I appreciated that the bedrooms and living rooms had plenty of USB power strips for charging devices. The addition of usable beach equipment was nice too. Wish I had known ahead of time what might be available and I would not have packed so much of my own stuff. There are a few beach chairs, and ambarella, a couple of coolers, some fishing gear and towels as well. I realize these items aren't guaranteed but that was available during our stay. The Tv's were relatively new and adequate and easy to use. The Overall Property was clean and well kept the pool area was nice and clean and the Gas grills were convenient The walk to the beach was short which was nice and the proximity to dining and groceries good. I would definitely stay here again it felt like home away from home.

Always awesome!

Booked through Florida rentals 3 years ago and booked through them again this vacation. Never had a problem, fast response time, aways someone to contact if need be, and the information we needed for our stay has always been sent to us the day of our first day stay with no miscommunications. The place we’ve chosen to stay at the last couple of times has the most comfortable beds and everything we need besides our food. We love that this place is just a lil ways away from downtown. Makes it a lil more quiet, but still close enough to some shops, restaurants, and/or gas stations with the beach right across the road. Would definitely book again through Florida rentals.

Great location and nicely renovated condo.

Due to Covid restrictions the hospitality room was not being used. Sauna is old but operational. Hot tub was not available for first three weeks but was repaired and was wonderful for our last week. Pool was great with water heated to about 85 degrees. Roof was being repaired but roofers said they were applying top-of-the-line materials to last for 30 years. Beach was wonderful and access was just a short and easy walk across the street. St Pete, Tampa and Dunedin are all short drives from this location. We will look forward to our next visit!

Good Quiet Location on the Intercoastal waterway

Condo very convenient and clean.

We enjoyed being right across the street from beach and trolley stop next to entrance. Very good location - 2 lane street - not nearly as busy as further north and south. Yet convenient to lots of restaurants and Largo/Seminole.

Fabulous!

I spent the week at the condo with my retired parents. The unit itself is gorgeous--exactly as it appears in the photos. The condo complex is great as well--very clean, people were very friendly. It was great to have such a nice laundry facility.The pool and hot tub area were absolutely wonderful. We spend a lot of time there and enjoyed ourselves. We tried fishing from the dock, but didn't have much success. Still lovely and very peaceful. We also used the grills, which looked new.If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again if the property is available.
