We love children ,but this condo is for adults only over the age of 25, No smoking and no pets are allowed for your stress free enjoyment of your beach vacation.

Area Information
The condo is located directly in front of trolley stop 14 on the beach. You can park your car and take the beach trolley to all the beach destinations including the world famous John's Pass shops and restaurants., Clearwater Beach, and St. Petersburg Beach.
The condo is directly on the beach so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. the famous Salt Rock Seafood and Grill is directly across the street.

About the owner: I'm an attorney in Tampa and I'm a life long resident of Florida born in Tampa but have lived on or about Indian Shores since 1959. This is like my second home away from home. My wife Belinda is also born and raised in Tampa so we are both true Floridians. We have owned several other beach properties but this one has always been our favorite. We live her most of the summer and rent only during the tourist season in Florida.
Why this property? Because my wife and I grow up in the area this is a very special beach to each of us. We treat the condo just like our home and we are very particular to whom we rent. We want to preserve this property for our children

Very nice 1 bedroom condo in a good location. Comfortable king bed. Furniture is nice, but sofa could be more comfortable. Could use some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom closet. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, etc. Nice pool and great access to the beach. Lovely view of the Gulf. Perfect for a week's getaway.
