*** CONSTRUCTION NOTICE * * *
The Holiday Villas III board of directors has determined that Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late 2023 through the end of 2024. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating late winter. Pricing has been updated for the construction work and are final. No other refunds will be given.

Kitchen: New cabinets, granite countertops with stainless steel double undermount sink and new faucet to match. Breakfast bar with 3 new barstools with coordinated material matching seats and drop-down light fixtures. New stainless-steel appliances: garbage disposal, glass top stove and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker. New matching dishware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker and 4 slice toaster.
Living Room/Dining room: New co-ordinated queen sleeper sofa, love seat and glass top dining table and material seated chairs- seating for 6. New light fixture over dining room table.
New Bathrooms: New ceramic tile tub/showers with stainless steel faucets. New cabinets with granite countertops and ceramic sink undermount. New light fixtures and large mirrors.
Bedrooms: New mattresses and box springs- all beds! New bedspreads to coordinated to match!
Oceanfront? You Bet! This direct gulf front unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our family owned 2 bedroom/2bath condo is on the 6th floor and has all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable.
If your idea of a relaxing vacation is soaking up the sun, taking a swim in the crystal blue waters, sinking your toes into the white striking sand, or taking in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life, nature has supplied it all in abundance on Florida's gulf coast. Holiday Villas III allows for one of the best front row seats to this picture-perfect view of nature's creations.

Suncoast bird santuary just minutes away. Steps to Minature Golf, shopping, restaurants, beach. Bus Stop in front of building at Gulf Blvd. Close to deep sea fishing charters, ski-doo rental, wind surfing, boat rentals, gambling cruises, sight-seeing cruises, etc.

Area Information
We are located in Indian Shores, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's and Salt Rock Grill restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa.

We had a great stay in Indian Shores! We love the area! Todd was extremely proactive, calling me immediately after booking to thank me as well as responsive quickly when I had a question while staying there. We have stayed at Holiday Villas III previously so we were familiar with the building and area. Heated pool is great! Beach is clean and beautiful, not very crowded this time of year, water was warm and very clear as well! Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again!

I tried something different for this vacation by using Florida Rentals. Com , we stayed at the Amadeus unit right on the inner coastal and it was fabulous!! The site was very easy to use and very clear directions once we booked our unit. The unit we had was exactly like the photos and even better. The unit had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing vacation and yet close to all the action too. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but it is well worth it to be in a unit so we’ll kept it feels like home. We even had to add a day and it was no problem at all to make the changes. My fiance and I throughly enjoyed our 3 week stay on Indian Rocks Beach. Our beach house was steps away from the beach and the rocking chair on the patio offered a stunning view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. So relaxing. Long walks on the beach, fun restaurants with great food or grilling out at home, plenty to see and do. Trips to St John's Pass, St Pete's pier and lovely downtown, and a day at Clearwater Beach by trolly. We will definitely be planning another winter getaway next year.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful oceanfront view. Check in efficient and easy. Indian shores is lovely with clean un-crowded beaches. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and shorebirds. Easy access to public transportation. Some nice restaurants within easy walking distance of condo.

I gave this unit 5 stars because it has an absolute beach vibe. From the balcony you can watch the sunset. You can hear the ocean if you just open a window or the sliding door to the balcony. The ocean is right there. The swimming pool has generous hours and it is a nice pool. I found this place completely beautiful and relaxing.

Todd’s place was amazing!! He was very friendly and responded promptly to our messages. The unit is in a building that’s right on the beach and has amazing views of the Gulf so it doesn’t get any better than that! It is super convenient for people with small children. Check in was a breeze as the unit was unlocked for us when we arrived. There were enough supplies in the unit including plenty of bath and beach towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.. and the unit is equipped with lots of kitchen stuff if you prefer to cook. The unit was clean but in times of COVID we came prepared with cleaning supplies and disinfectant products for our own peace of mind. We had an amazing time here, we definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

We just completed our vacation in your beautiful condo 605 and we couldn't be happier! The two newly remodeled bathrooms were a plus, the kitchen was well equipped, beds and furniture were comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect! The elevator was clean and well-maintained. The pool and complimentary beach towels were a delight! Holiday Villas lll is only a few steps from the sand and surf. We've never stayed anywhere that was closer to the ocean. We really appreciated that everything in the condo and on-site was EXACTLY as presented in the website pictures. We've already made our return reservations for Spring Break 2022!

Our room was much nicer than the rest of the building would lead you to think. Immediate beach access and a very nice pool and barbecue area. Great location minutes away from good food and attractions. Check out the seabird sanctuary just a couple minutes walk down the beach.

We were blessed to have had a great vacation experience at the Holiday Villas lll oceanfront condominium complex.The condominium was relaxing and refreshing. The view off the balcony was priceless. We enjoyed the pool and met a number of terrific people from around the US.The staff at the complex were helpful with any questions we may have had.Grocery Stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants were just minutes away. Everything you need was easily accessible.We will return, and would encourage others to look into spending their vacation at the Holiday Villas lll in Indian Shores, FL.
