We are so excited to share this condo with you and your family. We purchased it because we have always wanted to have a property in Florida. We visit multiple times a year and want our children to have a place to visit with their families. We welcome you and hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do. We put high-end furnishings in because I wanted you to feel as though this was your home, not just a rental. I hope you enjoy it!
Why they chose this property
We chose this complex as Wellen Park is one of the fastest-growing areas. Our children all enjoy golf and this is a great course. This is a gated country club so security is always important. We are minutes to the new Downtown Wellen Park; you will find the Atlanta Braves Spring Training field with a year-round Tiki Bar open; there are also so many shops, restaurants, farmers markets, live entertainment, bike rentals, kayaking, breathtaking views of the lake. It's just incredible.

We recently spent a month in this beautiful condo unit in Florida, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The landlord was incredibly professional and made everything seamless, from the smooth check-in process to the hassle-free check-out.The unit itself exceeded our expectations. It was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous balcony, where we spent countless hours enjoying the breathtaking view—truly a highlight of our stay.For activities, we made great use of the nearby amenities, playing golf, pickleball, and tennis almost daily. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.We’re already looking forward to our next stay in this exceptional unit. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable getaway!

This nice, new 2B condo right on the Wellen Park Golf Course was perfect for my wife and my visit to the Venice area. The owner, Tracy, is very accessible and accommodating.While we enjoyed the current benefits offered by the golf community (including golf, pickleball / tennis courts and the recently completed Tiki Hut restaurant), the construction-in-process showed us that there's much more to look forward to. New pool areas and fitness center are well on the way to completion. The area appears to be quite "bike-friendly" as well.Nearby attractions include the beautiful, quaint (and growing) Wellen Park downtown area which attracts many to its various events. And, for the baseball fans, the condo is within 5 minutes of the Atlanta Braves spring training complex. Yes, we would recommend a stay at Tracy's property!

Tracy‘s condo is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. She left no stone unturned in making sure you feel right at home. The towels are plush, the mattresses were so comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved sitting out in the screened balcony to relax at night. Downtown Wellen Park is close by so we were able to experience some great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Tracy’s condo has all the comforts of home. It was extremely clean & beautifully decorated. The towels were plush, the mattresses were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. I also enjoyed sitting in the screened balcony to relax at the end of the evening. Downtown Wellen Park is close by with restaurants and shops. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
