This cute studio condo has a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator w/ice, microwave dishwasher and everything needed to cook delicious meals. We even offer a Keurig machine. The condo features , new tile floor, large 70 inch smart TV; PS4, two comfortable queen size beds and a dining table. .The condo has central AC. We like the best and it is what we offer. The complex, Top of The Gulf, is a small complex right on the beach and located in the heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants such as Pineapple Willys, Hammerhead Freds, Long Board...shopping, golfing, and many other activities. This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast. The complex also offer a beautiful guests' lounge with FREE Wi Fi., game room ,gym and laundry room in every other floors. What are you waiting for ? About the owner: We are the Coleman, and we have being married for so many years that we stop counting :-). God blessed us with 3 wonderful boys that are now grown . We purchased our first condo back in 2002 dreaming to move to PCB one day. We have been renting condo over 20+ years. My husband was an area manager for a distributor. I was an undertaker than a register nurse for many years. We both retired in 2022 and moved to PCB in one of our condo...our long time dream!! Can't say enough of "Beach Life"!! Enjoying it to its fullest!
Why this property? Top of The Gulf is not one of the big fancy high riser you see on the beach. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton...it is not the place to rent. Top of The Gulf is rather a small complex (8 floors) that is older but clean, family oriented, friendly and affordable . It is a place where everyone talk with each other and kids make friends. The complex is directly on the beach, and walking distance from many restaurants & activities, and....you can't beat the rates. Top of the Gulf is like a small community. I fell in love with the complex on my first visit, and...still am :-) . The first time I walked in this condo was like "wow". by the view....SPECTACULAR and so close to it that you are almost ON the beach . I felt in love with this cute studio and...still am :-)

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 4PM CT and check out is 10AM CT. However, as of 2019, we are now offering Early check in , 12noon, for $49 and Late check out, 12noon, for $49 per occurence.
Are you on the beach?
Yes, the complex is on the beach and has Gulf View & Gulf front unit. Our condo is GULF FRONT!!
Is there a parking/resort fee?
Yes, the complex has a ONE TIME $20 parking/resort fee per car that also includes arm bands.
Do you offer discount on monthly rental?
Yes, we offer discount on our Nov-Mid March Monthly rental if rented 2+ months

Do you offer Beach Service?
Yes, we have a set ( 2 lounge chair w/umbrella) RESERVED for our guests in season; Mar 1-Oct 31. If guest need any additional set, the daily rental cost is $30/day. It is a nice saving if you stay with us :-)

We LOVE this room! Chantal was the perfect owner. Her property was nice, clean, and above our expectations. She was very kind and easy to work with. She also made the rental process easy. The condo in general was clean and staff polite. It is in a great location with plenty of relaxing area to enjoy on the grounds. We can't wait to visit again. This was the one of the best experiences we have had.. and we have came to PCB for over 15 years.
