JC was a great host - good communicator, very helpful and flexible. The house was as described - clean, spacious, located near the FTL airport, dining, and shopping. The yard, pool, and outdoor area was very nice, super clean and set up well for relaxing or gathering with the group. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and would definitely rent again.

Juan has been more than available for us. We rented his property for 4 weeks January 2023 and we are going back for 6 weeks in January 2024. This property has everything you can possibly think about. There is simply nothing missing. There response is in the next hour every single time we had reach out to them. The house was more than clean. Personal details when we arrived was so much appreciated such as my favorite white wine and my husband favorite beer, cold in the fridge. The neibourhood is great. Huge park in front of this property where we can bring dogs on a leash and head out for a nice run. Airport is 5 minutes away from property so very accommodating. Beach is 15 minutes away. Grocerie and liquor store 5 to 10 minutes away. Everything is simply perfect. Thank you once again for being the greatest Superhost!!
