The home has western exposure and the pool and hot tub are in the sun from 11:30am until sunset! In season, the pool can be heated to your desired temperature.
Plenty of patio furniture and a large gas KitchenAid grill are at your disposal in the lanai/poll area.
There is a dedicated workspace with gig internet and fantastic Wi-Fi coverage. We also provide a large 4k TV in the living room and 43" HDTVs in each bedroom.
The kitchen features just about any appliance you could want including a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave.
All three bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds with dressers and nightstands.

Shannon S.The Layout Is Perfect for 3 Couples
We are currently renting this house for the month. The layout for 3 couples is amazing. Two of the 3 bedrooms have ensuite baths and the bathroom for the third bedroom is right outside the door. The pool area and hot tub is amazing. The surrounding area is very quiet. We wake up to birds singing every morning. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for a rental. The negatives are not enough towels (2 per bath), hand towel (1 per bath), wash cloths (1 per bath), or dish towels (1). Everything else is awesome. A nice private work space too. We would rent again.
