South-facing waterfront villa with saltwater pool, canal views, and relaxed outdoor living in Cape Coral
Located in the south of Cape Coral, this well-maintained villa offers a peaceful setting along a freshwater canal, combining a quiet atmosphere with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.
With approximately 2,130 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with an additional den that can be used as a workspace, game area, or reading retreat.
The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third is equipped with a queen-size bed. Both the master suite and the second bedroom provide direct access to the pool area and views of the canal. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower and also offers direct pool access.
The bright living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a welcoming seating area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances. Ceiling fans throughout the villa add to the overall comfort.
For entertainment, the villa offers three TVs: a large TV in the living room, a smaller TV in the master bedroom, and an additional flexible TV that can be used in different areas, including outdoors.
The outdoor area is a true highlight of the villa. The south-facing terrace offers a heated saltwater pool with hot tub, surrounded by palm trees and tropical greenery. Sun loungers and a covered seating area create the perfect setting for long, relaxed days outside. A gas grill and flat-top griddle are available for outdoor cooking.
From the terrace, you can enjoy open views of the canal. Turtles are frequently seen in the water, adding a charming and very typical Florida touch to the setting.
A private dock is available, offering a comfortable place to sit by the water and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The villa is located in a quiet yet central area. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, as well as golf and tennis facilities are within a short drive. Palmetto Pine Country Club and Sunsplash Family Waterpark are also nearby.
For your beach outings, coolers, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are provided.

Cape Coral is especially popular for its waterfront lifestyle, offering easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, nearby beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island, as well as parks, golf courses, and nature preserves.
The location also provides great opportunities for day trips, including Naples, Tampa, Orlando, and the Everglades.
Cape Coral offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual waterfront restaurants to more upscale experiences.
Popular local favorites include waterfront dining spots at Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and sunset views. Downtown Cape Coral (SE 47th Terrace) is another great area with a mix of restaurants, bars, and casual dining options.
You will also find a variety of international cuisine, steakhouses, and relaxed cafés throughout the area, making it easy to find something for every taste.
For a more local experience, consider renting a boat to explore the waterways and nearby islands. It’s one of the best ways to experience Cape Coral.
Early mornings and sunsets are the perfect times to enjoy the water, whether from your villa or out on a boat. With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins or manatees in the canals.
For beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Island are well known for their natural beauty and shelling, while Fort Myers Beach offers a more lively atmosphere.
If you enjoy a quieter setting, explore local parks, nature trails, or take a short drive to Matlacha, a small, colorful fishing village known for its art galleries and seafood restaurants.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
The owners / property managers were helpful and easy to deal with. The house is very nice and the heated pool was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
