The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other two offer queen-size beds, providing a comfortable setup for families, couples, or small groups.

The open living area is bright and inviting, combining modern design with a functional layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, while the adjoining dining area creates a welcoming space for shared moments. Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxed days under the Florida sun. The private, electrically heated saltwater pool is surrounded by a well-maintained patio with sun loungers.
