Area Information

This is a first floor unit.
The pool, grills and tennis courts are just steps from the unit. The beach shuttle stop is a short walk through the parking lot to entrance of the condominium neighborhood.
The private beach is a 10-15 minute shuttle ride / drive from our condo.
The Promenade, where you will find many upscale restaurants and shops, including DeRomos Italian market and restaurant, is a 10 minute walk. And
there are 12 miles of biking and walking trails throughout the community. The three community parks; Estero Bay, Riverwalk and Spring Creek, all offer something unique and are worth exploring. Each of them has trails/walkways to enjoy.
